Delivery was very smooth in snowy conditions. Guys were quick and thoughtful of my property. Received an electric chair but one of its operations is not working. How do I get that resolved?

Very nice store & the young lady that helped us was fantastic. Kawsar was attentive while at the same time allowed us to browse freely. We purchased a couple of end tables which we are very happy with. My only criticism would be I would have liked to be informed at the time of purchase that we would have to assemble the tables ourselves. It didn't take too long to put together - 45 minutes but I would have also paid extra to have them pre assembled. Otherwise, great experience!

Purchased a large TV stand from them and paid over 1200 for it. We put it together reading the directions very carefully. Got it together only to find the doors don't match up. There's a big gap at the top of one door as well as the knobs don't match up and the door doesn't even reach the magnet to close properly. I contacted the sales rep I ordered from online with no response. I also emailed customer service with no response. All I wanted was a replacement door. I cant believe the lack of customer service. I thought this business was a little higher end and I'd recieve help with no issues. I'll never purchase from here again. I was so excited to get the stand and now I'm stuck with one I don't even enjoy looking at.

My review of Ashley Furniture has nothing to do with the product I purchased or the delivery. Both of these were good. My concern was with the staff and particularly the in store. My wife and I had purchased almost 20 thousand dollars worth of furnishings for a new home. It seems that as soon as your product is paid for the friendly staff morphs into a no time for you staff. Trying to obtain info on delivery and or pick up of product was horrendous. After numerous calls to speak to the person that had gone as far as promising delivery on particular days or the availability for us to pick up …CRICKETSNo need to name names because I’m sure the staff from the Guelph Store know exactly who they are and definitely who we are. Love the product but will have to drive a bit further to an Ashley store that respects the fact that clients need to make arrangements whether delivery or pick up.

This store has a good collection of different types of furniture..Rita helped us with the order and the delivery was on time. We had delivery updates very frequently and were even able to track the truck’s delivery timeline before it arrived at our place. Very happy with our purchase..we loved our Bruxworth extending dining table..it is strong and looked very modern..the instructions provided were not that great had to try the 2 different screws provided with the table to understand which goes where..(if anyone looking for installation tip the longer screws to be fixed to the plate on the legs and the short ones need to be fixed to the plate towards the table side) the day we went to store there was a 40% off and free shipping so good deal for us! Tariq and Anthony were great. There was no pressure and Tariq spent quite a bit of time with us as we tried most, if not all, the couches in the store. He answered all of our questions and also gave us space to discuss. Anthony was also great and assisted us in finalizing our decisions and picking colours. We are very happy and will definitely shop here again.

I orginally have my purchase a 5 star. We went in to look at recliners and we left with a sectional and recliner, cam was very helpful in assisting us. However that’s were the good service stopped. That was April 30 was told it’d be 4 weeks max for the chair it is now June 15 still no chair still no delivery date. We were promised a $200 refund for the hassle still no refund. We paid over 5500$ by 2 etransfer when it came delivery day for the couch and still no couch I called and turns out nothing had been processed as they couldn’t find one of our etrasfer seven though the store told us they’d follow up the following week to make sure the e-transfers were linked to our account. This has been the worse experience buying something I’ve ever had. Who knows if I’ll ever see my recliner, I’d recommend going somewhere else this company has major organizational issues

Update:The store refunded me my delivery fees they really handled it well after speaking with the actual store- The after care company though is the worse.—————————Worse experience paid for white glove service more like a grey glove service as my mattress is still downstairs and I now have to pay someone to bring it up tonight as the delivery guys said they had other deliveries to get to and cannot do it. Called the care centre also no help! The lady offered me a gift card like why would I purchase from you again this is the worse I want my white glove service refunded the way it was paid, or come pick up your bed and mattress so I can buy from somewhere who delivers properly, or send the drivers back tonight or tomorrow morning to bring the mattress upstairs. Then you want to charge people to cancel what was not delivered properly. STAY AWAY DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!The after sale service is horrendous and try getting through to the actual store you purchased from!

Great fast service with quality product at a great price! I have bought all my furniture from this location for various houses and would highly recommend

We are going through a very bad experience. We ordered a sofa bed from this store. Few days ago, I contacted Fareehna (the sales manager) via email and the customer care support to enquire about the pickup. As per the guest care, the product was ready for pickup on 24th May after 2pm. Based on that assurance, I booked my rental van and arranged friends for unloading it. Just to make sure about the pickup, I called the store and came to know that my order is not ready for pickup. I am not mad about the miscommunication between the store and the customer care but the way things were handled by 'Fareehna' shifting the blame on the customer. It should have been handled in a more diplomatic way. The so called manager promised to call us, but the waiting was in vain.
