I have been working with Wilson Blanchard Property Management Company as a condo owner and a board of director for many years and I am consistently impressed by the quality of their service. Over the past year, we have dealt with Brittany on a number of property mgmt issues related to our condo unit. We have found her to be very timely , forthright & professional when responding to our concerns & have found that she goes above & beyond when trying to resolve any owner issues that may arise. Overall, she is a very knowledgeable property mgr & does an excellent job.

Things are going very well with Wilson Blanchard at our side at Circa.Jess with her excellent organizational skills has been a great addition.I fully expect things to keep getting better.It seems my expectation for things to get better are not happening. I was wrong and feel the need to update this review.We have recently let them go as our PM.Too big, not enough detailed focus.Green on-site people who end up responsible for almost everything.Poor attitude and follow up from upper management.Definitely need some customer focus training.

I worked with Angela Shearer to resolve an issue within my condo complex. She was friendly and polite and immediately took action. The issue was resolved promptly and she followed up to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Great service and a great experience.

I am a tenant in Station Park towers, a new development managed by Wilson Blanchard.We were told the A/C would be switched on by June 1st.Then we were told the A/C would be turned on by June 6th.Its June 6th now and we still lack A/C. We can't even open our windows due to the poor air quality from the forest fires.My room has been above 28 degrees for the past 2 weeks.I strongly urge everyone to stay away from any property managed by Wilson Blanchard.

Wilson Blanchard management manage the condo I live in. I have found out that all condos managed by this company have excessively high condo fees . Beware of purchasing any condo that these guys manage. High condo fees ultimately ruin a real estate investment

Wonderful experience with Jane Goose who went above and beyond to help me with an urgent issue. I called first thing in the morning and got Jane. Explained the situation and she said she could help. Within 10 minutes she had provided me with the document I needed and even took the time to give me a follow up call to confirm I had received it. In a stressful moment, Jane delivered great customer service and made a positive impact on my day. Thanks Jane!!!

I live in a building managed by Wilson Blanchard.The fire alarm system has been triggered almost weekly between 3 - 6 am since February 2023. They have seemingly done nothing to address this.This means we don't know when there is a real fire and I hope they realize the severity of that.This also burdens the fire department to come in and clear the alarm.

I had put up this review once.Removed it, in hopes that some resolution can be made in private.To no suprise, Danielle fails to address my concern in a receptive and fair manner.I have never witnessed a more unprofessional individual within any industry. The worst building manager I have ever dealt with.I will add again. 100 & 104 garment are the most poorly managed condos in the entirety of KW.

Andrea Bakos was a great help today over the phone. I had an emergency water issue and she was more then willing to listen and help in any way she could. Within 30 minutes I received a call from who I needed to speak to. Contractor was over within the hour as well.Thanks again Andrea!
