I called Nuwest to have them quote and install a window for me. Their initial response was quick and they sent someone out to measure the window right away. This was on January 18th.Their guy measured the window on January 19th. I told him that I wasn't shopping it around, they were going to do the work, but I needed a quote so we could decide if we would go through insurance for the repair. I emailed him 8 days after their guy measured the window. Are we making progress? We're hoping to get the ball rolling on this one" They replied the same day that they needed more time to put the quote together. 5 days later he emailed again saying he needed even more time. I gave him 2 more weeks after that date before emailing back "following up on this....waiting on the window repair to move forward." That was February 13. It's now February 20th. I haven't heard back.So to summarize

Very rude staff.Had witnessed a reckless van driver of this company.I would have followed up the driver and have given him a lesson if you don’t approve reckless driving and rude behavior with othersAttached the photo of the van!
