Customer service is worse I have seen. All the time delivery boy is lying . We request owner to come and check our street cameras how delivery boy is lying. It is out third time that we are requesting him.

Serve only fish currey in name of non veg for entire week.. Even in heat wave.. I mean please consider the weather.. but better than yogi shogi in the market

If you are looking for a tiffin services look for other alternative vendors.... seems likr they are not professional in the field and never stick to there promises. I had a tiffin service from them for a month in which almost everyday I had faced issue with them. Sometimes there delivery agent forgot to delivery my food, sometimes the agent had delivered at wrong place, curris are repeated and on complaining thier food doesnt taste good and sabzis are not even cooked properly on which the answer is very unsatisfactory from them. Every other day you need to coordinate with them. And do remember the owner is very Rude and often starts conversation in arguments and insults you if you complain about food.Thanks my subscription is over with them.I personally suggest look for others there are many in city.

Ver bad customer service. Stopping tiffin from next month I have called two times owner and delivery boy all the time hanging tiffing into my door and break lock. I change door and breaking again by hanging on new lock. We request to put on side and ring the bell. He deliver after & clock and do not let us know that he comes at 8 so instead of ringing bell always hangs on door handle. I have never seen a service where nobody bothers to listen for customers. We have camera in our street we invite owner to come and check and take care of Requests.
