I'm happy to have found this salon and I'm happy with my hair! Receptionist was friendly and chatty. My stylist was knowledgeable and gave me her honest opinion. In the end I wanted less cut off than she recommended but she respected that and didn't take too much off!!

I called and was told prices for a wash and curl start at 45$-65$ depending on length. I explained I did have extensions and long average length hair 18”. She said at most 70$ (pricey) but I figured it would be a nice experience as it was my birthday. Tell me why it took 120 minutes to wash and curl, why the wash had absolutely no massage or relaxing quality to it (maybe 2 mins long with cold water) why the woman’s curler looked like a dial up REVLON and couldn’t hold my hair on the clamp at all, and then I go to pay …. $100!!!!!! I gasped. $100 for a curl. When I explained what I was quoted I was given the answer “yeah well it ranges” no manger on site, no ability to call for a manger the next day. I was told I had to come back in person only. I could have purchased a brand new salon quality curler for that price. Now I know why they were the only salon available in a busy mall. As well as why it was completely empty for the whole 2 hours I was there. ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS.

Brought my 8 year old daughter for a haircut. She was already having a bad day but nonetheless agreed to have a haircut. My daughter started crying as the session started. At that point, we were not sure as to why she cried and cannot keep her chin to her chest as instructed by the stylist. The stylist lost her cool and started saying she cannot continue cutting my daughter’s hair as she cannot get settled. The stylist thought that my daughter did not want to get a haircut and that she stated she is adding trauma to my daughter. She said this in front of my 8 year old daughter who was already crying. After hearing those words, my daughter ran outside of the parlour and into the mall crying heavily and loudly as she was embarrassed. My daughter has had quite a bit of her hair already chopped. When my daughter settled, she told me that she cried as she felt pain during the haircut and that her cut was cut too short. We came back to the parlour 2 hours later to look for a different stylist but the others had already gone home for the day. I cannot let my daughter go home and to school with an unfinished and embarrassing haircut so I settled to have her continue with my daughter’s hair. The fact that she lost it in front of my already crying 8 year old daughter was not fair. She could have asked me to talk in private and discussed her concerns with me. There was no plan in place to proceed with the haircut. I wonder how she would be able to deal with younger kids or kids with special needs. I did not get her name but would most likely not come back to this place. The owner needs to make sure this place has measure to ensure making the place more inclusive and welcoming of people from all ages and needs.

Nika is the best hairdresser! I have been getting my hair done since 2015 when she was working Yaletown. She knows how hair should be treated by its characteristics which is very important for keeping hair healthy. She always gives me tips on how to style and how to care with right hair product. She has much knowledge on do's and don't on the hair.

Love my hair! Lindsey has been doing my hair for years. She is very knowledgeable with curly hair and products. All staff have been so kind and professional.

I would have given a good rating, but unfortunately the service I received was a dissatisfaction. I had called a day prior to book an appointment I was told just walk in and we will provide the service. I came all the way from Aggasiz and excited cause I love my hair and I am very particular about my hair and I was looking for a hair wash, blow dry n get some amazing haircut. Hahahaha it was a joke, I walk in and one stylist was free but the receptionist and the stylist spoke something and I was told only dry haircut even if that’s a thing.. it was quite discouraging to receive their response. I asked for a product for my hair which was good thing cause that was a sale upfront and for this experience I paid $148.. wow!! That’s not a good impression and neither the place is interested how the customer felt & that’s not professional. It’s just the experience impact they left me with. I ain’t going to recommend this place to nobody.

Liliya is best one in the business. She is very patience and understanding of what I need. One of the best haircuts I ever had. Receptionist also welcoming. Over all better experience. Thank you liliya ❤️

I was given a wash, cut, blow dry and style. Iryna was SO gentle and took her time on my long hair. Watching her cut my hair was like watching an artist sculpt clay. She made me feel like a piece of art and I feel amazing!

I have been going there on and off for 16 years now. I even did my wedding hair there. Every time I went there any hair stylist did my hair were so good. They get really good people there. I never had bad experience. Last visit I just decided to drop by and ask for any hair stylist. I meet this lady Maryam. She did such an amazing job repairing my damage hair , cut it properly with great style. I highly recommend this salon
