Was looking for a *really* specific cable, which they had, saving the day. The service was extremely friendly and they went way out of their way to make my son happy. Some folks would dock them points for the place being a little jumbled, but they were so friendly that I sure as hell don't care that the place is jam-packed with stuff.

Love this place, if I need a cord or power box or when just a general question, this store is the spot for cheap good quality electronics.

I bough a chromebook from bestbuy marketplace in Quebec city, supplied by IGO. I had a keyboard problem, unforunately a couple of days after the guarantee. I sent a message, and they replaced my keyboard and sent me back my chromebook very quickly, without any fees. For a refurbish chromebook, I’m very impressed of the service. Thank you for that. Disgusting dangerous owner. Previous day I phone and asked how much is it to print. The wife said 0.10 a page + 3.00 for computer usage.I emailed them a couple shipping labels to print (not all at same time). The next day I went there, but I needed more labels. She went to her computer next to her, print 2 more pages. She wanted to charge me another 3.00 for it for 30 seconds of her using own computer again.How about the day before I sent 4 labels at different times, then you’re saying you should have charged me 4 x 3.00 + pages ???I complained saying I will pay but am not happy and will write a google review, the owner then comes bull rushing after me, started getting angry, told me to get out.The most despicable / disgusting act of customer service I have ever encountered.And just previously, a very polite gentleman was complaining about some charger/ item not working, again rude behavior from owner.Dangerous people, I recommend not giving your money to these people, they will rip you off.

As a broke university student I don’t have all the funds in the world to buy a new laptop when something goes wrong. These folks were very helpful and fixed my laptops issues in a timely manner and at a price that i was comfortable with. Two thumbs up

I was a little hesitant when I ordered a refurbished laptop for school (description said normal wear and tear), but once it arrived I was blown away. The laptop is perfect and has been very well restored. Steven was very helpful through the purchase process and I felt like I got a very fair price for the computer I bought. Would deal with again!

Unfriendly owners, poor quality goods, expensive pricing. No matter what you plan on buying here you would be better of buying it online or with a competitor close by. (Canada Computers & Electronics would be a much better place for your buck litteraly 5min from here)

I needed computer, internet, printing and scanning services for Turkish visa while I was in Ottawa, travelled from Toronto. I found this cyber house through Google search, the lady was so professional and helpful and provided all services at very reasonable rates and was so responsive to all our request. 5 stars services.

Had a laptop that wouldn't boot. They diagnosed and fixed the drive problems, replaced the hardware and got it back up and running in a couple days. They were friendly in store and communicative over the phone. I will definitely go back for any computer service needs.
