Just hands-down excellent water. I've tried several different Alberta spring waters over the last 9 years since moving from my farm in north-central Alberta (which also had a flowing well) that provided me with great water for the first 4 decades of my life; and I rank Lor-Al Springs as without question the best tasting drinking water of them all as well as being the best for soups, pastas, rice... any and all cooking.
