Edit: strike #4 today I ordered the hot chicken sandwich with white bread and I got whole wheat with a piece of chicken breast that wasn't even cut up like they normally do it. Guess I'll need to switch to a different location...I love Swiss chalet but this location needs to pay more attention to the details. Last three times I ordered there was always something missing and that really made the meal less than it should have been and the reason I keep going to Swiss Chalet. One meal I ordered the 1/4 chicken white meat and got dark meat. Following time I ordered 1/4 chicken with pierogies and Cajun sauce. No Cajun sauce with the order. Yesterday I ordered the hat chicken sandwich that comes with gravy and couldn't wait to get home to devour it only to find out that instead of gravy I got the chalet sauce ( sorry SC but I cannot stand even the smell of it!!). Such disappointment and too far to go back for gravy. Had to eat my sandwich dry... These are not huge deals but they do ruin your meal so it would be nice if they would pay more attention to the details.

Great dinner last night. Our server was very attentive. I'm sorry I can't remember his name. West section, 5 pm Tuesday. Great portions, fast service. The food was so much improved over the decline it went thru in recent years. Juicy chicken. Not dry. A very surprisingly enjoyable experience. We'd given up on Swiss Chalet in recent years.

Had a great experience here yesterday. Went in for a late lunch with the family. Food was good and came out quickly. Service was excellent.

This is the second or third time I've placed an order with this restaurant and they forgot all of my sides when delivering. When I called to complain Swiss chalet offered me a credit again and then told me I had 90 days to use it. I have 90 days to spend money they took from me and didn't provide the item purchased. Just wow.

I had dinner with my family. Our host was Anuradha and server was Zena. Both of them were amazing .The managers were checking on us. The food was hot, tasty and delicious. Overall it was great experience.

When you want to have some reliable food this is an excellent choice. It's not Gordon Ramsay food, but it's safe and great for the price. I especially like how Harvey's and Swiss Chalet have remained consistency good over decades.

I have been to this location for order pickup...got in car chicken was missing...delivery tonight again chicken is missing again..Come on do better.

Very good food and service. Next time though I'll stick to chicken. The roast beef tasted ok but was way overcooked.

Food was decent quality, but service and attention from both the cook and waiter was lacking. After dropping off our food the waiter spent most of the time hiding in the back. Saw her pass by once or twice during our meal, then had to wait about 10-15 minutes for her to come back out to ask for our bill. This was on top of the time she had already spent in the back before we were ready to leave. She may have been on the other side of the floor, but considering I don't think there are two entrances to the kitchen (though I could be wrong) she probably wasn't there often since we sat 3 booths down from the door.Meals were served fairly quickly, but were just warm. The two chicken dinners ordered seemed like a hit as usual, but I didn't order that time, hence my review having such a low score.Somehow I didn't notice until I had eaten about half, which is on me, but the BBQ rib sandwich didn't even come with sauce on top, and the perogies only came with plain sour cream, not with the Cajun like the menu said. It's my fault for not noticing this before I ate them, but I assumed that maybe the recipe had changed and the sauce was just there but not in a large amount. When the waiter (finally) came back with the bill, we mentioned the lack of sauce on the sandwich and she argued that it was supposed to be like that. I didn't finish the whole thing and you could clearly see the only liquid on the meat was just from the coleslaw.Place was clean though, so at least there was that.
