I contacted Ontario Luxury Limo through their contact us form on their website. Tom called me within minutes of getting my request. We were booked within minutes. The price is very, very fair (less expensive than taking a taxi). Elena was our driver and was so professional and was waiting for us when our concert was done. Fantastic company! I would definitely call them again.

I would strongly encourage anyone not to use this service. I cannot speak to the efficacy of everyone involved. But, I booked an event through this provider thinking it was a limo service. Turns out it's a 3rd party company that subs out work to actual limousine companies.I dealt with a fellow named Tom Mahood. We agreed upon a limo bus with washroom for a set price with gratuity. I recieved a call from the driver of said bus roughly an hour before departing and was informed that we didn't have a limousine with a washroom. Which, wasn't the end of the world. A little embarassing considering I told 20 people that this was the case. But, the driver also didn't know how many people were attending, the address in which to pick us up, or the timeline we were utilizing this service. It would seem that Tom Mahood took our deposit and passed along as little information as possible.I did call Tom Mahood a week prior to this event just to confirm the details. He ignored my texts/emails/calls for about 3 days. I eventually got ahold of him to confirm and he assured me everything was good to go. When I found out that we weren't getting what was purchased, I tried to call Tom Mahood and he was unavailable.If you are booking a limousine service. Do your research. Ontario luxury limousine pays to have top ad space. If you wind up talking to a fellow named Tom Mahood.. cancel and start over. He over promises, over quotes, and is virtually non existent after he has your deposit.I feel terrible for our actual driver named Stan from, I believe Moon Limousine. As he informed us this wasn't even remotely the first incident that Tom Mahood over promised a party, and had to deal with the irate attendees upon arrival.Truly poor service, can't believe I've been swindled so blantantly. But, you live and you learn. If you call Ontario luxury limousine and happen to speak to Tom Mahood, make sure every detail is written in stone, as he will not be available to you after recieving your deposit. Tom Mahood, you're either awful or incompetent. Either way, I hope this is not a successful venture for you.Hope this was helpful.

Have used Norfolk Limousine several times over the years and they have never failed to deliver. Tom is always there with a joke or two and willing to help make your event memorable. Thanks again for your excellent service!

Although there were some initial hiccups Tom Mahood Limo I would use again. He ensured that we were pleased with our service and takes great pride in customer satisfaction. He values his company's reputation and goes to great lengths to uphold his reputation.

Seriously wish I could give no stars.., my friend booked a bus for her birthday and it was set for 8pm. 840 came around and we had not heard nothing so we called. When on the phone they had said “they’re on their way”. Fine, so we didn’t worry. 935 comes along and my friend called again, the guy on the phone got angry and was yelling then also hung up. Almost two hours later and we never heard nothing! DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY! Worst company ever. Thanks for ruining someone’s birthday!

Do not use this company ! Driver was 1/2 late to pick up bride for wedding , we had to call them , they were lost so we said don’t come and they actually called the bride back multiple times to complain !!!! Absolute joke . I’m sure the owner will post an excuse . Completely disrespectful. Excuse after excuse to customers relying on your services ! As if no one else has trials and tribulations in life .

Tom displays great care in his company. It evident in my interactions with him. I would highly recommend going with this company simply because Tom cares and gets things done right.
