Extremely satisfied customer! I purchased a pair of Keen hiking shoes here last fall. Within about 8 months of normal use, they started to fall apart. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed, as I have always previously been satisfied with Keen products. Good news is Keen has a warranty program, which I decided to take advantage of. Bad news is they require a copy of the receipt, which I not longer had. So I called TGO to see if it was possible to get a copy of a receipt. Instead, they offered to replace the shoes outright. The staff (especially E.) were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Just an outstanding level of customer service. I've stopped in here periodically over the years while vacationing in VT, and I've always been pleased with their selection and prices. But I am *definitely* a loyal customer now, and I couldn't be more happy with my experience at TGO! Highly recommended!!

Very disappointed with the owner of this store. Richard told old my wife and I last fall with the purchase of two new kayak's he would give us two life vests and two sets of oars. Went to pick up kayak's and he refuses to honor the original deal. If you deal with this store get everything in writing. Richard, . Im an avid outdoors person and WAS going to purchase a few more big ticket items.-not now! Richard, honesty the best policy and you FAILED! I would rate a zero but I can't.

We went in looking for hiking boots. The selection was amazing! We had excellent customer service and left with exactly what we needed.

Horrifying experience! The fact that you don't have enough staff does not give you the right to accuse people of stealing . Especially people who are hard working, never been in any trouble and would rather spend their hard earned money locally then on line. This establishment will never get any business from me or my family again. Poor management will ruin your place!

Older gentleman that works there was extremely rude and disrespectful while I was there. All the other employees have been very nice and helpful though.

Who is a wonderful owner and knows his products. He does give some deals(discount) to people. He willing to work with anyone.Just to be clear RICHARD is an EMPLOYEE ONLY. Richard is not authorized to give any discounts.Please clear all discounts with the Store manager and or Nate ONLY!To HeavySnow, when we found out about the deal you told us Richard made with you, I was quick to let you know that could not be done. We apologized and offered you 30% off all accessories. Please know we are very upset he afforded you this wout checking with his bosses first. Again we are very sorry.

Great gear and prices. Twice I went here and got things I really needed for outdoors that I couldn't find anywhere for a while. Worth stopping in every season at least.
