Fantastic shop filled with everything you need to accesorize a vehicle. The staff are very friendly and super eager to be of assistance. My store has purchased many items from here and I imagine we will continue to do business with these fine folks.

Quick and friendly service for a hitch installation. They were able to get me in earlier than scheduled. The best thing is that they were honest. Turned out that I already had the electrical set up and only needed the hitch. They could have easily charged me for what was already there but instead let me know and refunded the extra money that was prepaided. I would definitely recommend this location for their service.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. I ordered a winch for my Jeep. When it was delivered I went to get it installed and to my surprise and horror it wouldn’t fit. Action stepped up, sourced a new package for me, ordered it and installed it and it looks and works great. The winch was a necessity for me and could have been a huge problem for me if it didn’t work out. Thank you Action in Guelph and Ron for saving the day.

My part didn’t work properly and still doesn’t. The area manager contacted me personally and was very helpful in accommodating me with great service. Thanks Ron !

A huge thank you to the Guelph Action Car and Truck Accessories team for their outstanding customer service, knowledge, and professionalism. I came in with a damaged Thule roof rack from my SUV. Brad at the Guelph Action store went above and beyond in helping solve the issue, from explaining what needed to be done with the broken parts still in my car, to having a Thule representative look at my broken roof rack and find the necessary parts. The Thule parts ended up being under warranty, and so took a bit of time to arrive but the team was exceptional at keeping me updated on the status of the order and answering all my questions and calls. Thank you again Brad, Ron and Thule rep, Sean for the quality service. I have and will continue to recommend this location and team!

Great products at great prices. Brad did an awesome job installing my truck bed liner. He noticed an issue with my existing tailgate hardware and after I left he took the initiative to contact Ford on my behalf and inquire about a solution for me. I was very impressed. I highly recommend this shop.
