If I could give this establishment a zero I would. My boyfriend got me the yellow gold 18k heart earrings and it has discoloured several times and had to be cleaned by their store to regain its colour. Real gold never discolours, i own quite a few and none has ever discoloured. Their rep said it was 75% pure gold and a mix of other metals for the 25% but discolouration should still not be happening. They also said to keep it in a dry place but how can you do that when it is being worn? This feels like such a rip off when their items are expensive but are not really of the best quality. I seriously feel like the earrings may be gold plated as having discolouration with real gold is unheard of.

Wonderful 7 Star experience!Begin with Kristen who greeted me, took her time getting to know me and what I am looking for, and spent enough time explaining the product. Which then I ended up buying my girlfriend's birthday gift from her.As simple as this, Kristen is a gem to have in Calgary market, where her professional experience should be shared with every luxury store.The rest of the team were helping other customers but were very aware of others. My sales person was super nice. I just bought new necklace chain, but he offered me to clean up my old necklace chain and pendant. I was straggle to clean up at home and kinda scared to bring other jewelry shop, so it was good offer to me.

This store is exquisite! Rye helped me find everything I needed and gave me excellent options. He knows his product in and out and I was blown away by the top of the line service, intelligence and kindness he portrayed. Rye and his team treated my dog like royalty and he loved every minute. It is an amazing experience to be thoroughly welcomed along with your pet into such a gorgeous show room. My dog was even offered water! Thank you so much Rye and everyone at Tiffany and Co Chinook. Staff were very helpful over the course of a few weeks when I was deciding to purchase my fiancée her ring. I initially bought her a bracelet there, and it was the staff's help and understanding with my lack of knowledge for nice jewelery that made it a positive buying experience. I'd definitely go back.

Just in case you think of buying a tiffany necklace. The tiffany turquoise colour is now brown on my necklace - took it back to tiffany and they wouldn't do anything to fix it (said it's made of enamel and they don't last) - so don't bother buying there overpriced items as they don't back them up.

I wanted to speak about my experience that I had with the store manager. Her name is Kirsten Harlton. She was rude throughout the entire process of servicing. Very dismissive and very disrespectful, kept looking at me like almost to the point of racially profiling me.
