Sushi Zone & Ramen Stop

I had Ramen noodles here twice and it tastes excellent. The owner here is extremely nice which made me come back for the second time. Highly recommend if you want to try freshly hand made noodles.

Fast and nice service, tasty and fresh noodles, good pork belly, but no vegetables, bland and salty broth, and overpriced compared to what you could get across the street. I ordered the udon noodle soup with pork. My noodles were made right in front of me, and tasted great. Contrary to past reviews, the place was perfectly clean and both the smell and taste of the food were fine. It was below my expectations given the price and speed of which the food was ready. The total ($14 before tax) was too expensive for what I got - soup with noodles and pork belly, barely any garnishes and no vegetables. The broth was too salty and quite bland. On the other hand, the pork was tasty.The staff were very friendly, which was a good bonus. I hope they can get the past reviews of the place deleted, as I imagine it was under a different owner at the time, and from a first impression it does not deserve one star reviews. Overall, it was ok, and if I was in a rush I would certainly go, but cannot say I would order noodles there again when there are alternatives that are less expensive with larger and better portions.

Had the chicken ramen and it was the best ramen I have had in all of Ottawa. It even beats the restaurants in China town that should say something. Very kind owner and the food came relatively in good time. There could have been more chicken added to the meal but that’s just me and I’m sure you could order some extras if need be. Overall pleasantly warm experience.

10/10 would definitely recommend, ramen noodles were handmade after each order, so very fresh!! wish i had taken a picture hahaowner was sooo nice! would love to come back. tasted great too, only suggestion: few more ingredients like leek or sprouts, still great and good price though! Also the vegetarian option was awesome

One of the best ramen places in Ottawa! It’s a husband and wife who are very friendly and accommodating. Great experience watching the chef hand pull the noodles.

everyone who works here is so nice!!! the food is delicious, and its one of the only places you can find hand pulled noodles in ottawa! the ramen is made right when you order it, but it is so worth the wait!!

Absolutely amazing, my friend and I always go here at least once a week! Never lets me down with the amazing food! Also sooo inexpensive! Literally got an 8pack of freshly made sushi and a huge bowl of miso soup for $13! I say it’s a steal!!!!
