I am writing this review purely about the service of this restaurant. The staff is beyond amazing. My wife and I were cooking a meal at 1 in the night for our Suhoor and we ran out of ginger. We tried to look for open places to purchase ginger but in vain. Then we called East Feast and the gentleman on the phone was like 'Sure, come get it'. And he wasn't ready to take money. 5 stars for generosity and going out of the way to help a human in need. Thank you East Feast. You guys are brilliant!

Food was meh but I suppose Ottawa doesn’t have too much Pakistani food. Restaurant looked dirty and smelled dirtier. I was definitely overcharged since owner saw I was preoccupied with kids while paying for the bill and took advantage. I would never recommend.

We ordered chicken karahi, chicken tikka and chicken tikka biryani. The food was delicious, probably the best karahi and biryani in Ottawa. It was Karachi-style authentic biryani. Loved it. I’ll recommend this place to everyone.

Went there first time after the reviews on Google. We tried butter chicken and tandoori bbq chicken. Both were very tasty and had a true pakistani taste. Just a small suggestion, the prices don’t justify the quantity.

I got the combo #1 with chicken Karahi. It was excellent. Perfectly medium spicy and the best Indian food I’ve had. The owner was friendly and accommodating. Will definetly order from there again.

UPDATE: please review the owners reply to my comments. I also wanted to note that the owner used very foul language with me at the very beginning of the call when I ordered. He is extreamly disrespectful and I advise everyone to avoid visiting such a restaurant. I don't mind paying a large amount of money for quality food but his food is horrible and serivce is garbage.Food was okay but not the best, I've hadbetter butter chicken elsewhere. Owner was nice but lacked customer service. 67$ for butter chicken, pakoras, some cauliflower and 3 breads?! On top of that, we were charged 2$ for a sauce that would by default be free/complimentary anywhere in the world. Extremely OVERPRICED and not worth it at all. I called the owner out on how he did not inform us about the cilantro sauce and he shrugged his shoulders ...Not a good experience overall, and wouldn't visit again. Restaurant lacked Atmosphere and ambiance. Pakora's we're very salty and lacked flavour.. thanks but not a good vibe!
