Heat pump installation May 2018, have had a few problems with the indoor unit, took time to replace with correct part (Feb, Mar !!)but they did, and continue to have difficulties with the unit...takes time for a response..They are SO busy! But am grateful when he does get back to us!

I received a response 2 days after making a call. He sent Brandon that same day. Brandon and co worker worked hard trouble shooting, cleaning, getting old geo thermal pump out and replacing it with new one for 2 long hot days. I was pleased with the results and the total costs. I will use W. R. Graham in the future and strongly recommend the services.
