I've been there 3 times 3 times, and I have gotten my order wrong . And then being accused that I got my order wrong. Wow, let's just see1 medium black coffee and a medium regularI get 2 icecaps. You do the math . ???? . I know what I want been getting the same 2 coffees for years . 3 times you're out . McDonald's has better coffee that's my NEW GO TOGet your act together, Hortons

Only reason this place is getting 1 star because I've no option for 0 star. Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been. This is a small kiosk type inside a convenience store. There is no customer washroom in the building. The lady said I can use the washroom across the road in a gas station. They don't serve any breakfast sandwiches and rolls and didn't have any bagels.

Not enough staff to run the place, and that's not a fault of anybody besides the awful manager in there. The woman who runs this Tim Hortons is so full of herself it's not even funny. She has a clear bias towards who she hires, she's the rudest woman I've seen in a long time, and she seems to think that she's just going to keep on being the manager purely on the hope that nobody else wants to take the position and inherit the mess she's made.The Double Drive-Thru in town might be understaffed too but at least they're good people.

This Tim Hortons in Howie Centre has the midday amazing staff. Hubby goes in there all the time, they are friendly and their service is always great n with a bright smile!!! Love it!

Been here every day while visiting family in the area. And every single day they’ve burned my bagel. Come on people, you can clearly see when you pull it out of the toaster it’s black and burned. Not even edible. You should not be serving it like this!

Friendly staff. Been coming here for years. Great customer service. Coffee is always spot on. No surprise that they're always so busy.
