Thoroughly enjoying my window tints on my 2007 Volvo S60.Great service and attention to detail. My car looks 10x more premium with the windows tinted.

Booked a apt with these guys, I explained that they would not have room in my condo's garage a week prior and it would have to be outdoor. The day of the apt, they texted me telling me they cannot do it outside? Not gonna be harsh with the rating but don't waste people's time. Just state prior that you cannot do the job outside.

I have used Dave for years and never had any issues, always a pleasure to work with. Keep doing you Dave. Keep doing great work. Can’t please everyone.

Dave *seemed* like a great person and we had good discussions while he was working. The next day when we went to use the car for the first time since he tinted it, I noticed that the cargo/trunk shade had a hole burned in it.I messaged Dave right away to let him know, and his tone changed immediately.He asked if I'm sure it was him, and I said that it wasn't there before, as he had me move something in the trunk so I saw that the hole wasn't there, and that's it is clearly burned from a high heat source (like a heat gun that he used), and not the sun, for example. I'm sure it was unintentional though, but that's besides the point.He disagreed that he did it, and made no attempt to make it right, over a solution/compromise, or even offer a simple apology. Not even a friendly apology!I let him know that I'm disappointed in how we responds to customer feedback and how his customer friendly tone fully changed to show how he really is, and that I was going to share a Google review. He didn't even respond.Between the above damage, the fact that he didn't seem to take care of my vehicle (not just burning the trunk shade, but putting cardboard boxes directly on my roof/paint, which I had to ask him to stop doing), and throwing all the cuts of tint and paper towel in my car and on my garage floor for me to clean up (and stuffing done in a box that wasn't garbage!), I'm disappointed that I went with this company. It's not even about the quality of the tint itself, it's about his lack of care of my property, his terrible customer service when I pointed out an issue, and that I have to pay for a new trunk shade because he burned it.I would recommend finding another tint provider if you want to make sure your vehicle is cared for and not damaged.
