2 days ago, I had a class 5 Road test, and my examiner, who was just hired here and whose name is Everlin or Everlane, was an inexperienced person whose behaviour was not friendly at all and deliberately increased my anxiety and stress. She was very unprofessional and impatient to the extent that she even stopped my driving during the test to give me unnecessary advice, which was just personal taste. Of course, having the position of judging others requires experience and professionalism…

I had my road test at this location and had a very positive experience. My examiner, Stephanie, was kind and helped me calm my nerves before the test so I could focus on my driving. She also gave me great feedback at the end of the test! Thank you so much! It made all the difference for me!

I passed class 4 in this location.I would like to thank Mr. Gary, for being super nice.He answered all my questions before we started the exam. He gives really clear instructions during the exam.His behavior made me feel relaxed and confident to focus on driving during my road test.He made my day.I hope that icbc had digital or animated training to know and follow the rules without going to drinking school.Best regards,Abdalazez

Wow! It's opening time 8:30am and there is a line up around the building!!Limited walk-in spaces available only Monday to Friday before 10am!!It is probably best to book an appointment online if possible. Big location. Lots of parking and overflow parking as well. Wheelchair accessible parking and accessibility. Electric vehicle charging is available as well. The receptionist is really friendly and helpful. Public washrooms are available as well.

I believe this office has the nicest staff. My road test examiner was Karla with a 'K.' She was such a kind and caring person. As soon as she noticed my nervousness, she started a friendly conversation with me about the weather and other things, which helped me overcome my stress. It really worked, and thanks to her kindness, I was able to pass the test.
