Very happy with the beard brush I purchased from them, and awhile back we got a front door welcome mat. They are great to deal with and have a good phone order/curbside pickup setup. Look forward to seeing their store when they're able to reopen and hope to continue to support this awesome local business.

One of my favorite small businesses in St. John’s. Staff are wonderful, products are top notch and the owners go above and beyond with the service they provide. Even when I broke my coffee carafe and needed knives sharpened, they responded quickly with full instructions on what to do. When I wanted specific items they said they would call me when the products came in, and they actually called me. Highly recommend.

Beautiful collections of home decor coupled with savy smart staff. A great place for gifts, both corporate or for friends& family.

Terrible customer relations; the staff are pleasant enough and the store has moderately expensive collection of imported and some local kitchen and household items, including very overpriced chocolate. Bought a 10$ bar of chocolate, opened it at home to find it had bloomed (usually a shipping or storage issue, where temperature fluctuations adversely affect the chocolate causing the fat - solids to rise to the surface). Brought it back to the store the next day, was told by a staff member that they do not provide any returns on food items, even though she admitted it had bloom(ed). I did not want to put the onus on her to contravene 'store policy', I asked when I could speak with a manager or owner, got in contact next morning, was told I had to bring it back to the store to verify and get a replacement (I'm starting to get annoyed at this point) took it into the store where the owner essentially said it was my fault there was bloom on it & I should have contacted them sooner! At this point I handed the 10$ bar of chocolate to the two owners and told them to keep their defective item, it wasn't worth the trouble. I have shopped here in the past, when in st John's; never again.

There wasn't much inventory and I didn't see anything that I wanted, but it was New Year's week and in their defence, they are between seasons and waiting for new inventory. There are.usually nice, cool, fun, useful things there.

Great selection of souvenirs and gifts for everyone. Items in the store are made locally which is amazing. Very friendly staff.
