Great experience at Bell this evening. Walked right in and Jennifer guided me through purchasing a new phone. Excellent customer service. She answered all my questions and made the whole process easy. Thanks, Jenn!! Highly recommend.

My husband needed a new phone and plan. Our past experiences at this store were stressful and took forever. We were amazed by how helpful, knowledgeable and thorough their employee Jenn was. She made our shopping experience very pleasant and stress free.

This review deserves 0 stars. I experienced a very rough situation in which my ex was harassing me. At one point we shared phone lines and he was an authorized user. I requested that lines be canceled and his authorization taken off so my number can remain unknown to him. I was assured that this was done and proceeded to change my number for 3rd time. Well not even 2 days later I started recieving phone calls from again. I had no idea how it was even possible he would get my number. I called bell back and was assured that it would stop as everything was changed. It did not. I finally switched to a different provider and called bell today to cancel my services completely with them and was informed that the authorization was not taken off at all!!!! So now I have to pay $1200 for an early phone line cancelation when bell did not take my authorization off. I have been a customer with them for 8 years and when asked what they could do about the mistake they made, they outright told me nothing. The amount of stress this mistake caused me was unbelievable. I will never use bell again and advise anyone thinking of using them to reconsider.

I walked into Bell today knowing I needed a new phone but unaware of the support I would receive from Paige… she was quick, efficient and had me on my way quickly. Great job!

Excellent staff. Paige and Chiyan at the store thought outside the box and found a solution to a complex problem which had been troubling me for several weeks. They deserve promotions for this. It's also a very nice, clean, organized store. A good place to shop or solve any service problems you might have.

I had originally gone in to the Bell store to inquire about some issues that I've had with a S21 from the day I got it 2 years ago and then discovered I was like 13 days from an upgrade. So went home to wait it out. Bell called the next morning and then because of the issues I had been having, offered to pay off the rest of my lemon phone and set up a upgrade pick up in store. Something happened and when I went in to the store they weren't able to get my phone to me as it was stuck as pending. So Paige came to the rescue and spent close to 2 hrs getting it sorted out for me. She also got me an even better deal than what I was offered directly from Bell and saved me another 20$ per month!!! She was super patient and helpful and we all had some good laughs in the process. I ended up coming out with a brand new phone fully functioning and doing exactly what it is supposed to do and a great experience with Bell. There's a reason why I've been a customer for 10+ years and this is the kind of stuff that keeps me coming back. Thank you Paige for going the extra mile to earn another satisfied customer.

My experience with Bell in the Medicine Hat Mall was AMAZING. One of the people named Yuvi I think his name was, was absolutely amazing and nice. There was other people that were helping us too, and they were very nice as well. Thank you for the amazing experience Bell.
