This enterprise was exceptional. I went in with a reservation for the next day because I made a mistake when I booked it online. Even though they were short of cars, they were very accommodating and accepted the rate that I had for the next day. The car was clean and they provided me with a ride back to the dealership when I returned it. Highly recommend enterprise if you need a rental while your car is being repaired.

Needed a rental car as our personal car was in for repairs. Here are a few points.1) requested SUV2) picked up at dealership right on time with a very professional gentleman.3) Plenty of staff on hand, I was greeted & the rental process started right away.4) Landon was my check in person & he was fantastic.5) Vehicle was clean & ready to go.6) from P/u at dealership to me driving away was less than 1/2 an hour.Well done Enterprise & all involved.

Kinda seems like they stole my deposit, rented a car back in February with them, it's now may and I haven't been reimbursed. Not for a lack of trying either, Ive called 10+ times by now.The car was not damaged when it was returned either, so it seems like they just want it cuz they want it. Don't opt for the debit option when your making the deposit because theyll just keep it even if the car is returned as was- better yet, don't patronize this place.

The representatives at this location were amazing, I had to get a rental when dealing with ICBC stuff and this location made it a seamless process. Even after having a couple hiccups at the end of the rental they went above and beyond. Thank you for everything you did.

Excellent friendly staff and good variety of new clean vehicles. When I dropped off, had a few minutes to wait in the office for my ride, listening to agents dealing with customers at the counter and on the phone. Have to be some of the most polite people I have heard in a long time.

I have a bad experience with this company. When you rent a good car to them, I had the photos of the car which I return to them is perfect condition). But after a few hours, they make a fake damage complain which is said the windshield was broke and ask you to paying for the fixing cost. They scam of my friend when they rent the car to them, they were trying to charge them double price for the fee. And I saw one year ago, they are scamed another customer in the same way. They damage the car and asked the guy paying for the fix cost. Be awake for it. God is watching you.

It was the worst experience ever. I booked an SUV and ended up getting the smallest possible sedan car. When I asked why, the answer was that we run out of cars, and this is what you get. If you don't have SUV in fleet, why do you approve the reservation online then? The answer was: we don't tell what car we have. So, pretty much you booked an SUV, you will receive a bike. No complaints! My way or highway!Also, the car was not cleaned at all and had dirt, garbage, and hair. When I asked why the car was not cleaned during this unprecedented time. The answer was that there is an extra wipe in the car, clean it up yourself.This is called the best customer service. I lost my confidence in rental cars, specifically Enterprise.
