We were very satisfied with the work done by VKW homes. They did our basement. Kevin was very friendly and responds quickly to e-mail/phone within a day. With his expetice, he gave us some valued input in designing our basement. Kevin and all the sub-contractors of VKW homes were very professional and finished their job on time. Full main bathroom reno - VKW was our general contractor from start to finish. Kevin was quick to reply to my inquiry, he used local suppliers and subs, had a competitive price point, stayed on schedule (during Covid too), maintained continual communication and was accommodating to our changes/requests. We paid for time, quality and expertise. I highly recommend VKW if you have a bathroom reno project.

VKW Homes completed a master bathroom and partial kitchen renovation for us in an older character home. Kevin did a wonderful job - he was responsive and professional, listened to what we wanted and helped us to improve on our original vision with excellent design advice.He provided a thorough project plan and VERY detailed schedule and worked with local vendors and subcontractors. The project was completed on budget and on time! When issues came up Kevin and the team were quick to figure out solutions.
