Paula the store manager is AMAZING!!! This store is lovely! Their customer service from all employees is truly top notch and they really go above and beyond. Paula took the time to go over many options with me and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and thoughtful. We left feeling confident and excited with our purchases. My boyfriend purchased a clear three stone ring from this store four months ago for our anniversary, He bought me the rose gold for allergy reasons. It was in perfect condition until I got it cleaned about almost two months ago from this location. The girl I got it cleaned from was very rude and gave me and my boyfriend a very rude look. I had to walk up to the lady and ask if I could please have my ring cleaned?" and she made me wait while she fiddled around behind the counter before she finally said "what can I help you with?" she then took it to the back I waited about 10 minutes. but when I went back to see if they would exchange it

Purchased a $125 charm from this location that I was promised was rose gold. Got it home and it’s clearly regular gold and doesn’t match. Didn’t get a box or anything so can’t return it. What’s joke.

First off, they have two entrances to the store and the one is ALWAYS closed off. Not sure what kind of fire safety rules they're breaking there but I digress.We walked in and there was one staff member behind the counter helping a customer. The other staff member was chit-chatting with a friend. I made direct eye contact with her and she looked away and continued chatting. We wandered around the entire store and weren't acknowledged at all. As we walked by the chit-chatter I made a comment to my wife about going somewhere where our business is appreciated. Nothing. I caught chit-chatters eye again and again she just looked away and kept talking. Then I left.Sorry but I can go anywhere to buy cheap, overpriced costume jewellery.

This was an awful customer service experience. I came in today to exchange a ring for a size up. The employee (young girl, brown hair and glasses) told me that they do not have that size. I asked if it was possible to check if another location has that size. She stated that they’re privately owned and the only way to check is to call. I asked if she was able to call, as this is something most stores do since they know the product numbers, name of the styles, etc. This employee then gave me attitude and responded “you want me to call on my personal cell phone?”

I bought my girlfriend a ring for Christmas from this location. After two days the crystals on the ring fell off. I exchanged the ring, and again the crystals fell off within days. Went into the store a third time and was met with resistance when I would not accept another exchange or shipped away repair and simply wanted a full refund. After 5 minutes of back and forth with the store staff they finally issued the refund. It is not my responsibility as a customer to have to deal with a defective product, especially when I am still within the full refund window. Will never purchase or recommend pandora jewelry again

I was looking for a retired dangle charm (The Enchanted Tea Cup) I literally called all the stores in Toronto and Mississauga but couldn’t found any and it was not available online as well. We got to visit Cambridge and I just called them to confirm if they have it and I was so happy to get my tea lover charm from this store. Its so detailed and pretty!

All the girls are polite and helpful except one lady that has always been rude and always has an attitude for some reason??!I prefer to shop pandora in store as I like to see items before buying them but if this employee's bad attitude continues, I will just shop online.I'll give the store another try and see if she still has the attitude and maybe I'll ask for her name this time

The ladies at this store don't seem to care for the business. Bought a ring at the store for Christmas for my wife. She end up not liking it so she tried to return it. Didn't have the original receipt, on the gift and was not allowed to return. The store indicated that they needed the original. Makes no sense conceding the gift receipt has the transaction number They then said that that if they had a purchaser's name they could return but they didn't record my name at the time of purchase. Bottom line is they didn't care to help and won't be going here again .
