Aylmer Taxi

Only taxi available le at 8a Sunday. No other companies even answered the phone or if they did...had no taxi? How could that be at 8am on a Sunday. Thank you for being available

Terrible services. Called cab for 5 am to go to the airport. The cab only arrived at 5:30 am. When I would call asking where is the cab they would just keep telling me the cab is five minutes away even though they knew it was not. Never again will I trust them, because when it matter, they didn’t care and kept lying to me. Wish we had Uber. A company that actually has good customer service.

Very un reliable,will keep you waiting for hours and at the end no cab will show up and they will not even have the courtesy to call you back.

I recently had an exceptional experience with that was conveniently usable for me as a person with disabilities. They have fast service and great drivers.

Called me at 345 am and than told me they would not be able to get me for my 330 am appt because there was no drivers proceeded to telle to call other companiesAlmost missed flight

They kept me waiting in the freezing rain for a long time 40 min. When they finally showed up they refused to provide taxi service because I had my registered service dog with me as I have a disability. When I called for the taxi I told them I had a service dog, they said ok but obviously it wasn't ok as the cab driver used a profanity and drove off leaving me standing in the freezing rain.

I used your service to take a taxi to my work holiday gathering on Friday, Dec 16. I went from Aylmer to Houston’s on Montclair. My driver was Lourdes. My issues began from even before I got in her car. She was stopped well ahead of my home and I had to flag her to drive to my house. Once we were in the car and on our way, she had no clue where we were going and asked me to put the address in her GPS. Which I did. Then she was very distracted while driving. Messing with her phone and whatever else she has in the front seat making me incredibly nervous. She also chose to carry on a telephone conversation the entire ride. The weather today was pretty treacherous hence why I chose to taxi. Once we got close to the venue she couldn’t find it and ignored me telling her that I could see it and my instructions on where it was. Once she finally found it and dropped me off, I paid and went inside only to receive a call from her letting me know my payment didn’t go through. I checked my credit card to be sure and didn’t see a charge so i went back outside to finish the transaction. This is where things get even more concerning. She handed me the machine after SHE chose the tip amount and increased it from my original amount increasing her tip by over $4. I’m not concerned about the money but by the dishonesty. I have copies of both receipts showing her self given tip increase. This is unacceptable and I would appreciate an apology from her and an acknowledgement of her wrongdoing.

for me it was an awesome service. I used their app. Will use again for sure!!

Dispatcher very rude swore at me in French thinking I did not understand French at all over an address. So deplorable and embarrassing- zero customer service - had to take the taxi anyways cause of desperation.
