Tania was super responsive and on time. She brought all the cleaning tools with her so I didn't need to provide anything which was helpful. She worked fast and cleaned really well, my condo is really clean and smells nice too. This was my first cleaning with her and I scheduled her for recurring cleaning right away. Tanya and her team exceeded my expectations and delivered 10/10 service. They arrived exactly on time, they were diligent throughout their entire service and made sure with me that any special belongings were moved or relocated prior to their cleaning. so everything was OK for a while... I understand that the amount of cleaning time I could afford is not enough (once every 2 weeks), so I was often postponed or rescheduled up to cleaner's will, which is fine with me, or sometimes had to reschedule myself too. First time the cleaning was superb, next it would get a bit less intense every time, often finishing 10-15 minutes early, but I didn't mind because maybe few times before it would take a bit longer and the amount of cleaning is intense amd not so pleasant, and I understand that too. But this last time I had scheduled appointment and the cleaner came and left without telling me anything. I only realized it later and received message that I need cleaning more often and she doesn't want to deal with it which I can also understand.. but I was right there for her to tell me that she doesn't want to clean anymore and she kinda even had to sneak out to avoid seeing me. this is just not professional so obviously I'm frustrated to be let down like that. Service is ok, but only if you make it very regular and make them enough cash to care.
