I am so pleased I found Elena for pilates. She is so professional and very knowledgeable. Every class is different which I love. I wanted to do pilates as my back can be at me at times and since I have started doing pilates with Elena my back is no longer in pain. 5 stars for me!

I really enjoy working with Elena. It helps my body gain flexibility and strength (although the exercises are very gentle and gentle). Elena is very attentive and caring to all students. This is what I need!Special thanks for the good music in the classroom))
