Arbour Gardens

I attended their open house June 2022 while I was in the area. I placed and paid for an order of irises that I was told should be ready for pu start of Aug. I had plans to be going threw the area again that week on a booked camping trip. I was not notified that my order was ready for a week or so after that time. I had my daughter attempt to pu my order while she was going threw the area. Due to the way customers pu their orders someone had taken mine. A lovely lady had offered to drop order off at my Mom's in bowmanville as she said she was there all the time. Great! Kevin later contacted me via email letting me know he was not allowing his mother to do this and I would have to again go to garden center to pu order. (I live over hour away)He said he would add a few plants as compensation (I had no interest in these plants)I have attempted to contact Kevin several times via email and fb about different options to rectify this situation. He has not bothered to response or contact me despite me giving him my # and asking him to do so. I was in the area a couple times at a later date. I contacted him to see if my order was still around. I wasn't going to get someone to pull off 401 and go out of their way to visit this location if it wasn't. I have asked for a refund via etransfer. Why should he he has my $. It's mid Nov situation still not rectified.The gardens are beautiful and the ladies were very nice. I would not recommend placing orders here unless you live close and are prepared to make a few trips and are prepared to take the risk of loosing your $
