I had high expectations for Dr. Cheema's clinic due to his reputation as an excellent doctor. However, I was thoroughly disappointed with the customer service provided. The lady at the front reception was consistently rude in her interactions. Additionally, the referral to WEST COAST MEDICAL IMAGING for an X-RAY was equally unsatisfactory. I urge the clinic to prioritize customer care and consider alternative imaging centers for their clients' needs.

Immigration MedicalExtremely helpful staff answering every question I had through email or phone prior to even having my interview scheduled, let alone my actual appointment with their office.Plenty of parking, but the parking lot was pretty full at the time.Once again, very efficient and friendly upon my arrival and check-in for my appointment, including the doctor during our visit.I had to provide required documentation and payment upon arrival. They took required photographs onsite.One payment of $350 (cash or debit only, which wasn’t mentioned beforehand). This included the medical exam, mandatory x-rays, blood and urine tests. These tests were done offsite. They provided medical forms to have these tests done at nearby West Coast Imaging and LifeLabs (about 7-8 minute drive).Between processing, paperwork, waiting and actual exam I was in the office for just over an hour.I was informed that my x-Ray and lab test results would be ready in 2 days time and at that time I would need to come back to this office to pick up my sealed envelope to take with me to my immigration interview. There was a delay and it ended up being 3 days wait time, which they were soooo sorry for and called me numerous times and email to find a solution, explain and apologize. I did not get the impression delays happen often.*they are able to provide a 2 day timeline only if you actually go to the labs right after your medical exam appointment, otherwise the results would take longer to get back to their office.*I was able to walk straight into the LifeLabs without a wait and only took about 5-10 minutes to run the tests. The x-Ray clinic was about a half hour wait and then another 20 minutes actually in the back changing and having the x-Ray preformed.The reception staff at the x-Ray clinic were rude, but the backend medical staff were friendly. The LifeLabs staff were friendly with a little prodding for social interaction.Overall, very efficient, helpful and friendly experience.

Dr.Cheema and the staff at the reception are incredibly accommodating and helpful. I had an urgent medical situation and I was very grateful with my experience here. Thank you!

Great staff and Dr. Cheema was the best, very polite and humble. Took all of the immigration stress away and gave great advice and motivation for the future.

I don't know why people leave bad reviews here complaining about the staff and doctor. The lady at the front desk was very kind, even though I was late. I went for a US medical exam and all you do is complete a few forms. Then the doctor exam was under 5 minutes, Dr. Cheema was nice and respectful also. They don't do a genital exam like it says they do either so don't stress lol. After that you go to labs nearby for other tests. Great experience!

Dr Dhatt is great. Easy to talk to and great patient care. Unfortunately, some of the MOA’s are rude and unprofessional.

Wish i could give 0 stars. Called around 4:45 Firstly waited for around 5 minutes to talk, that is not a problem. Service was declined as they told me to go to Family Dr, that is not a problem as well. But the female whoever i talked to was completely rude and have no sense how to talk to a client. It was my first time calling here after my friend told me about them and I’ll try my best not to call these guys again in future. I saw Dr Cheema’s profile on google, he have a really good name and is well known. But reception people are not worth it. We all need Doctors for our tough times not to b given hard times by the people who aren’t even. I’ll highly appreciate if someone could talk and explain to these people at front about customer service so someone will not face the inconvenience that i did. Thank you.

I’ve been so stressed throughout my whole visa process, but the staff here made me feel so relaxed. The woman who was dealing with me at the front desk was so sweet and full of smiles and understanding <3 dr cheema was very kind and efficient - thank you all!!
