Brought my car in for a windshield claim. Front desk and shop staff were friendly, courteous and walked me through the whole process. I was given a courtesy car and a timeline as to when my claim will be finished. Any issues were communicated to me in a timely manner. The whole process took less than a few days. The owner was friendly and informative. However, the best part was when I took my car home. The inside and outside had been detailed. My car was in better shape than when I brought it in. Overall, stress free experience and I would 100% recommend to anyone.

I went to this auto body shop because of all the great reviews in reality they were horrible they called me to pick my car up so I rush from work to pick up my Lexus IS350 F-Sport .When I got there my car line’s didn’t match up. It looked horrible so they gave me my car and I was unhappy. The owner then called me back to fix it again and gave me a courtesy car again. When I went back a week later they kept my lock nut key for my rims plus I had all Crome air caps 1 missing plus my key to my lock nut was Missing. Missing work to pick up my car that was not ready . When I asked the rep why he called me to pick my car up if it’s not ready he told me “it’s not his problem” the rudest comment from customer service rep. Missing work why the car wasn’t ready. I got a flat tire and needed my key to unlock my rim well it’s missing and they were the last to service my car.I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR CAR TO THIS AUTO BODY SHOPSANGAM plus my car pulled to the left they didn’t do a wheel alignmentHorrible place

I had a great experience with this company. I highly recommend for their expertise and customer service. One of the best business experiences I have had in a while.

In May, I brought my car to Sangam Auto Body to have my rocker panel repainted. I was given an estimate for $250. They were quick to get the car in and complete the job, but when I got the car back, the rocker panel was not installed properly onto the car as it was loose. I noticed this 10 minutes after I left their shop and when I went back I was told that the clips often loosen up after the rocker panel is reinstalled and that it shouldn't loosen anymore and that if it does, they have a lifetime warranty on their work. However, after about a week, the rocker panel loosened even more and when I brought the car back to them, I had to have a long discussion with them before I was told to bring in the car again a few days later. When I brought the car in, they readjusted the rocker panel. When I picked up the car, I was told that the rocker panel loosened because I stepped on it, but the truth is that it was already loose when I picked it up the first time. However, it has started becoming loose again from the front, and I noticed that right at the front of the panel the paint has been chipped. I did not notice this before because it was hidden under the door, but now that it has loosened, I see that the paint job has an inconsistency in it. I visited their shop 4 times to get this repair done, and I am still having problems with the repair.I don't like to leave bad reviews because it can hurt businesses', but my experience at this shop has just been horrible. I have paid $250 for a repair that is still not done properly. I had went to this auto body shop because of their positive reviews, but I am extremely disappointed with their work.

Sangams in Surrey is by far the best autobody shop I have ever done business with. Amar returned every phonecall or text within 10 min. Mycar was heavily damaged in an accident and now it looks brand new. Amar also did some repairs at no charge because he knew I couldnt afford it. I ŕate Sangams 10 out of 10 for their excellent work and professional attitude. To say I am pleased is an understatement!

Sangam Auto is the bodyshop affiliated with my dealership and it's clear why. Excellent, friendly service with timely communication and updates provided every step of the way. Vehicle was repaired and looks better than new, and Sangam went above and beyond with detailing. Would definitely recommend!

I got some service work done here. They are amazing. Very professional, in time, certified, fairly priced and very generous to work with. They Did my work on urgent basis and also able to help me with a spare car.Much much appreciated!!!

Took my truck in for vehicle windshield replacement took them over 4 days and had to get my truck back as it was leaking 2 days after I got the truck back first time. Service is quality of work that needs more focus on. Confirming everything is leak proof before giving back to customer.

Wonderful people work here! Had a minor dent in my front fender. Turn around time was less than 2 weeks (had to go through US insurance for the claim), they gave me a courtesy car, detailed the inside of my car before returning it to me, and gave me the leftover paint to touch up some small chips in my doors. I can't tell where the dent was at all and their customer service was incredible. They really go above and beyond. Cannot recommend enough!
