Not happy. We have been getting our water from Maple Leaf for almost 20 years. This year I called and was quoted $190 for 18,000 litres of water. The truck that came was not big enough to hold that amount of water, so I was told I would have to pay for another truck at a cost of $110. I called the owner to discuss this and got nowhere. He admitted that he was upset because a few years ago one of his drivers ripped him off after we gave him cash. He was told that we hadn't paid. I thought this was ancient history because it happened about 5 or 6 years ago and I had discussed this with him at the time. Anyway, long story short, I asked a neighbor to call and get a quote to make sure I was not mistaken. I was not. I ended up paying him the original amount I was quoted. Craig, the owner, told me that was fine but don't ever f------g" call him again. Very unprofessional!! And don't worry

We have been using Maple Leaf Water for years and years to fill our pool. Every experience has been a good one. Angela, Craig, and team will do whatever they can to co-ordinate timing. We had a situation where we had to adjust the timing of the delivery because of work being done on the pool. Not only did Angela manage to adjust the timing twice for us, she did so with a great attitude and was very professional and helpful. Every driver has been great too. Highly recommend Maple Leaf Water!

extremely unprofessional! We waited all day after being told late afternoon it's now 8:01pm and we were told a truck broke down and i get that, it happens then we got told they are sorry but they didn't know we were a bit away even thought they need where we were got our quote and everything was fine. But now our kids are Extremely upset and waited all day, we didn't go out to do anything that we needed to get done due to this. SOOO NOT HAPPY! If i could give -100000000 stars i would.

We used Maple Leaf Water Supply to fill our swimming pool this week. Angela quickly arranged a truck to come within hours. She is polite, professional and customer focused. I called back the next day and ordered another truck to top up our pool and it arrived within an hour. The truck drivers on both days carefully filled our pool, to avoid the new liner from creasing. Just had a great experience with Maple Leaf Water. Owner Craig and his crew are great. This time of year it is extremely busy with new pool fills. This is made worse by the fact that liners are installed in the morning and everyone needs an afternoon appointment. Even though we weren't ready until later in the day, Craig and his team delivered water and great service. Woke up this morning to a full pool and he tidied up stuff that wasn't even his responsibility. Definitely recommended and will be using going forward. Thanks again Craig!

We were quoted an amount for a full truck the driver arrived with less then half told us he'd be back within a day or 2 and we are still waiting over a week later. Terrible company will never use them again!!

This staff at Maple leaf were totally professional, courteous and beyond fair in their pricing. They were much less than what I was quoted by the competition. They were on time, the driver was pleasant, helpful and represented his company very well. They will definitely be getting my business going forward
