Four Olives Restaurant
This is one of the best spots for date nights or gatherings! Our favorite is the Baked Seafood Skillet. We love how we get to try a variety of seafoods at the same time, and the cheesy tomato sauce is yummy! Also, the focaccia is super crunchy!For dessert, we tried their Coconut Surprise which is coconut gelato with mango sorbetto in the center, and it is delicious and unique!

Very good Greek food restaurant, even the rice was excellent. The service was excellent and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. The weak points for this restaurant probably are the desserts and the winelist. Personally, I don't go to Greek restaurants for the deserts, so there no issue here.

Very nice little Mediterranean restaurant. The aglio e olio was well balanced. The dessert was a pleasant surprise! Coconut Surprise is a must try.

BEST PORTION SIZESWas so good that I forgot to take pictures before eating. So enjoy the pictures our half eaten food.On a serious note, the portion sizes were honestly the best I’ve seen. For the seafood pasta it was loaded with 3 whole scallops, multiple full sized shrimp and mussels. The halibut was a generous portion and came with plenty of veggies.All UBC students must come here after a late night of studying.

I placed an order to be delivered and I had a greek spinach pie, called Spanakopita, and a spinach salad. The food was quite good! I just didn’t like their kind of tzatziki which was provided for the spinach pie. I would reorder!

The restaurant itself looked very nice, though my partner and I only came in for takeout. The prices have gotten a bit more expensive compared to the menu that someone else posted here on Google Reviews.Service-wise, we were told 20 minutes until our food would be ready, and it may have actually been done a bit quicker than that.We ordered the mousaka ($22) and chicken souvlaki ($23) entrees. Our takeout containers were filled with our food on top of their cranberry dill rice. Rice and entrees were excellent. The rice was flavorful but not overwhelming, the chicken was dry but seasoned nicely, going especially well with the tzatiki sauce (which was bright and refreshing). I wasn't sure what to expect from the mousaka, but it ended up being a thick slice of cooked or fried eggplant with ground beef and cheese melted or baked on top. Essentially, it was eggplant lasagna, and it was filling and delicious!The entree also came with a nice spinach and (red and golden?) beet salad and pita slices. I actually really enjoyed this salad a lot. They filled a separate container to the brim, the spinach was crisp, and the sweetened vinegar pickled beets were a fantastic contrast and texture to the whole meal. The pita was pretty bland, but at least it was soft and squishy.Overall, the value is maybe typical, but the portions and flavors are good overall. I would go again.

Had a good lunch here with my family. We ordered three Entrees: * Kleftiko (Tender lamb shoulder baked with traditional spices),* Cajun Spiced Chicken* CalamariIt's less crowded, taste authentic, will come again.

Four Olives Restaurant is a gem of a restaurant! The restaurant’s unassuming exterior belies its beautifully decorated interior, ideal for a romantic date night or a nice dinner with family or friends!We ordered:▶ Beet Root & Arugula Salad▶ Sweet Chilli Chicken▶ Calamari▶ Lamb Shank▶ Baked Seafood Skillet▶ TiramisuI liked the Calamari. Crunchy, crispy, & served with a delicious tzatziki dip. The bite-sized Sweet Chilli Chicken pieces each have a unique rice cracker base that adds extra crunch!The Lamb Shank & the Baked Seafood Skillet were both outstanding dishes. I was impressed at how soft & tender the lamb was. The skillet had a tasty assortment of fresh seafood, including prawns, scallops, mussels, & fish, all tossed in a pan with a cheesy tomato-based sauce. I loved the house-made focaccia bread it was served with too.The Tiramisu was arguably the highlight of our meal. Fluffy & light, it was the perfect dessert to end our fabulous meal on!
