First, they didn't show up the day they said they would. The idea that a plunger and bottle of drain cleaner is worth that much $ for 10 min of their time is silly. I ended up getting another plumber in to fix my clog. Then Aaron's sent me a large bill for work that did nothing, literally a plunger and bottle of drain cleaner.

Prompt, courteous service. We had a major water leak through the weekend and they were quick to respond to our problem. I would recommend this company for anyone who is looking for a quality plumber.

The owner must have early onset dementia. Makes appointments and constantly forgets. Sent a guy who snaked, which I had done already, he left and then i got jerked around for over week. Promised calls, Then waiting 2 hours for no show appointments. Quite the joke.

Aaron Plumbing was a referral given to me by a resident of Collingwood. I was very happy with the prompt response I received when I contacted the company. Not only was I kept informed via text messaging about the timing of the call, I was also impressed that the required repair was completed within 24 hours of my initial call. Further, Aaron's pricing was reasonable, which is very unlike the inflated plumbing fees charged in Toronto. I will definitely use this company again.

Called last week [ Wed.] requesting that a sink and vanity be removed and new one installed . Was told that they were doing a house ,and how was Monday morning , I said great , I asked what time , and was told around 9:00.I had an appointment Monday morning , which I cancelled .I just called at 9:30 am , and was told that We may able to get to that on Wednesday "This guy seems to forget what he commits to .You can draw your own conclusions ."
