The canada post counter are full of no knowledge employees and that is not their fault I sure they have no training they were just put there by upper management. Example I went to send my renewal of RAMQ with the RAMQ envelope so that mail is already Paid. The person working couldn’t understand that I dont have to pay anything… please teach them more

The neighborhood Jean Coutu. Service is good in general. Their selection of various items is decent.Pharmacy service is good. Sometimes there are delays but generally no incidents or negative experiences.

Horrible. The pharmacy is slow, they make so many mistakes. It's not normal that I feel as a customer, that I could do a better job at organizing the prescriptions.

Sorry to say but the service in the pharmaceutical departement was very hard to deal with i had a very bad experience i had a refound and it took them 3 days to oay it back to me so sad inexperienced service

Worst pharmacy, takes over half an hour wait even when your prescription is prepared in advance. Since being with this pharmacy they have given me someone else’s medication twice in a year.

Very good Jean coutu, I went there to take a medication for my allergies. Antoine was very nice to me and answered all my questions, he showed me various products and explained to me how to take the medication. If you ever go there ask for Antoine.

Horrible staff. Especially the short grey curly haired woman and the other one with black hair. Made very rude comments the second we walked inside. I could hear her talking about us to her coworkers and then she was following us around the entire time. She would stand at the front of the aile watching us. Then she started telling us that we shouldn’t test products when we were simply looking at the shades without opening the objects. I was holding a foundation and setting spray when she called for backup “for 3 girls”. Then I went to the front section to see the other makeup and she made me put down my products on the the counter, saying I can’t walk around the store with them. I felt very insulted because she was profiling us and making very rude loud comments to her coworkers. I walked out and didn’t even bother buying anything.

I’ve been to many slow pharmacies but this is honestly the most displeasure I’ve had at one.The waiting area is the size of a phone booth, the staff is beyond slow, and when you’re sent a notice for your medication ‘being ready’ you have to wait another 45 minutes? I understand there being a small wait, I understand the odd inconvenience, but this is every time! Competence is not a strong suit, nor is customer service in any shape way or form. If you value your time please use another pharmacy that can actually tell you when your medication is ready on time, can bill you without someone double checking every bloody prescription not prior to your visit but ONCE you’ve arrived, a waiting area that isn’t packed constantly…

Pharmacy staff misplaced my order my last 2 visits and then served it to me with item missing last time . No apology from technician I spoke with. I switched to pharmacy down the street and have had much better service .
