Amazing service and quality product. Chris, Mark and Mitch came to take measurements and talk with me about what I wanted after it was clear in my emails I didn't know what I was talking about. After a great discussion, I received a detailed quote listing absolutely everything we talked about. They were incredibly clear and forthright in setting expectations on prices and timelines. On the day of install, they were incredibly proficient. In fact, I would say they definitely went above and beyond -- not only were the doors installed properly, they considered small details, the sorts of things generally only the homeowner would notice or care about. To top it off, they did all this on a Friday afternoon! I contacted More Than Doors through the Google ads. I was looking for screw hole plugs for my garden doors and this company popped up. I ordered, but the wrong plugs came the first time. Right after I contacted them to let them know, they emailed back and said that they would send me another set. They actually sent me two sets, one was the correct one. They kept contact and treated me like my business mattered to me. Would recommend 100%!

I was refered to More Than Doors by a friend. I reached out to them, they got back to me in a timely manner and within a few days, they were at my house measuring my 2 doors I wanted replaced. Mark was very helpful and walked me through different options that would suit my home and solve the issues I was having. Fast forward 3/4 weeks, my doors arrived and it was time to install. Mitch and Chris were installing my doors. They showed up on time, were very friendly and just good guys. I was having an extremely buy day so I had to take off while they worked. Once I arrived home they were just finishing up the install. They cleaned up, took away my old doors and were gone. I could not be happier.
