Great selection of boots for the winter! Friendly, fun and knowledgeable staff. Customer service was top notch and the sales prson helping me out was super interactive, knew his products and he was lovely to talk to! thank u for helping me pick out the perfect boot for the winter! will def come back!

Ordered a pair of shoes online that were shipped from this location and they didn't even send the right size. It's not like it's complicated checking to make sure you send the right size. Now it's up to me to return them and I lose the cost of shipping. Disappointing. Clearly the employees from this location need to pay more attention. I will not shop at Little Burgundy again, and would recommend avoiding this location entirely.

Honestly the staff made us feel so welcome! Finally we walk into the store, when sales staff do not rush at you to get their commission. They spoke to us so nice, easy going, made us laugh. Shopping expirience was a breeze. Ivan and another girl in glasses (sorry didn't get your name!) Were just wonderful. Bought some shoes which were great, store looked super clean. Thanks for having us!

Came in last Sunday and the store was packed. I was greeted immediately by one of the staff. I was jst looking around for great summer shoes. I ended up walking out with two pairs of shoes, socks and some cleaner the gentleman showed me! Thank you for your great service! Fantastic experience!

I picked up some shoes here last night for my wife and one of their staff Luis was extremely helpful! He was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude even with my wife trying on multiple pairs of shoes lol. There were a couple ladies working as well that we’re very nice. They had cheaper pricing on the same shoes (Vans) than Soft Moc right across from them in the mall. They also have an awesome return policy of 1 year from date of purchase as long as the shoes don’t show any signs of wear. I’d definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for new shoes.

Wish I could give 0 stars. The male manager at this location is beyond rude and entailed. Due to their mistake I had to go back to the store MULTIPLE times yet not a single apology. I dont blame the workers but the manager was treating me like a peasant. He just threw the bag back at me and said BYE !" As i was leaving the store. it was as if i came in asking for spare change when in reality they were the ones who made the mistake by giving me the wrong shoe. i also could hear the manager talking negatively about me as i was walking away. this behaviour is unacceptable and truly disgusting."

went in to see if they had the Birkenstock Boston clogs in store, the male manager was patient with me and my mom and had such an amazing attitude! will definitely be coming back for more shoes

The staff were very good with the exception of the one who was handling my return. He insisted that I wore the shoes outside given the scuff marks around the rubber. I didn’t know what to say because I really did NOT wear them outside. The staff specifically told me when I purchased them to definitely not wear them outside since I wasn’t completely sold on the shoes when I got them and told me to feel it out at home and bring them back if need be. I understand that maybe the rubber looked SLIGHTLY darker but that must’ve been how it was sold to me. I didn’t know how to defend myself and he kept attacking me saying that he wouldn’t be able to sell the shoe now and questioned what kind of flooring was in my house. I understand that there are people that take advantage of return policies but the shoe really was in pristine condition. He made it a point to clean the shoe in front of me silently for 5 minutes and then said he would make an exception this one time but that he wouldn’t tolerate this again. I didn’t appreciate being called a liar essentially and having being put in such an uncomfortable situation. I was going to repurchase at the store in a slightly different style but this altercation has put such a sour taste in my mouth and I won’t be shopping here again
