Wonderful experience working with these folks. I used their services to get a document legalized by a foreign embassy. They were always quick to give me updates and respond to emails, and my paperwork arrived in record speed.

Great service - Recommend for everyoneI contacted IDC on Aug 2021 to get my baby birth certificate authenticated and legalized. Initially, it was sent to Ottawa office instead of ODS, Toronto. But, IDC acknowledged their mistake and contacted the respective departments to get that resolved. I was bit frustrated with the delay as it further delays the visa process. But, they understood the customer’s agony and took the efforts to return my documents as early as possible. Also, they refunded some part of the fees. They stood by the words. The service was as promised. The fee is also nominal and lesser compared to other downtown offices.I would definitely recommend them for everyone and I will also pursue their service in future as well. They value the customers and I love it. I appreciate their business ethics.

Excellent service. Fast, reliable, professional. I highly recommend. They helped me get the form I needed notarized, authenticated and legalized while I'm out of the country.

My application was processed incorrectly which Is proven through the emails we had .But they refuese to resolve their mistake. I highly don't recommend this office. In fact, I wasted around 850$ for a service I did not order.
