Great service, quick and friendly. Called multiple other companies to come look at my furnace that wasn’t working, all of which didn’t pick up or couldn’t come until days later. I called these guys up and they were here the same day and addressed the problem quickly. Decided to install a new furnace, the guys that came were amazing, install was quick. Thanks!!

Technician JP that came in was great and was informative. Received Quotes on specific units. After going back and forth regarding pricing, which was completed with another staff member, we came to an agreement on price. The only issue, the model number of the AC unit was switched to a lower end unit. Still trying to get an answer but has left a bad after taste and disappointment. Was hoping to solidify everything and get installation done as soon as their schedule allows as my wife is pregnant. Want her to be comfortable throughout the summer especially as we are expecting soon. Still hoping to hear a response to get things going as JP was fantastic. I do find it odd that the staff that comes out for estimate and quotation is different from the one going back and forth with me for pricing.

The technician (Par), arrived on time, was a pleasure to deal with and filled me in on the issues he found throughout the servicing process. He had a great depth of knowledge and was very informative. Amazing service and now I have peace of mind knowing my heating system is in top condition! Highly recommend!

I was in need of a new furnace and had the pleasure of dealing with Mohsin on the phone to Hussain with the quotation. They're both very polite, honest, friendly and very thoughtful.I've dealt with two different companies in the past. I can definitely say both of those encounters were horrid, but dealing with Calgary Heating Services was top notch. It was a easy decision with the choice of furnace going with a 2 Stage Goodman, and not once did I feel pressured into the most expensive model they had to offer compared to the other companies I have dealt with. Hussain is very professional and knowledgeable.Forward to the installation and I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew and Fawad. Andrew and Fawad were very keen on protecting my floors with runners and very good with my dogs. They did an excellent job and I can say with confidence this install was done with pride as the work itself is very clean with every little detail to make it look that much better. These guys are super friendly and down to earth.Overall my new furnace is much quieter and heats the home much more comfortably. I will be recommending and using Calgary Heating Services for all my furnace needs !

Furnace went down today with a high of -23c, from the time I called in for service and having the repairs completed by Parwiz the furnace was working again in 90 minutes. Thanks Parwiz and Calgary Heating Services, I appreciate your quick and efficient service.

A phenomenal experience with this company, fast, efficient, great communication with JP and Mo. They fixed my furnace and installed my AC. Best customer service and they did not overcharge me. The AC model I wanted was on back order so they upgraded me to a higher AC for the same price and installed it a few days after. Thank you so much, keep up the great work!

Mohsin provided a competitive price for a new gas furnace and hot water tank.Installation was scheduled quickly and conveniently for me and occurred on time as planned.During the installation the team encountered a couple of unexpected challenges. They contacted me to ask how I wanted to proceed and then did so at no additional charge! Our 18 year old furnace stopped working and Par evaluated that fixing the failed part would cost around $1000. We were not pressured at all but decided it was better to just replace the furnace. I'm a person who likes to research everything before a big purchase so JP was very patient explaining all my options. This company has a 6 man crew but they are incredibly responsive, reliable, and professional. I got my new furnace just 2 days later and they took the stress out of a stressful situation.
