Solution Nissan Chateauguay

The service rep that I always deal with is out on a leave. The service was not comparable at all. The service rep that replaced him was not welcoming, friendly or competent. There were a few things, but put simply he was not organized or focused. For service that usually takes a few minutes took a lot longer than necessary.

I received a courtesy call by Nissan to make an appointment for my tire change which I thought was nice of them to do so. Upon arriving at my appointment, I was greeted by a welcoming receptionist, they offer the taxi service and they make coffee for you while you wait. What I thought was lacking was that I thought i was going for only a tire change, oil change and a basic verification of the vehicle but after looking at my bill, I noticed they charged me 259$ for an inspection which includes an oil change which i already had, they never mentioned that it would cost 259$ for the inspection. I wish they would give you a summary of the charges of the services clearly before you agree to anything. I thought this part was lacking on their part. I will definitely give them a call on Tuesday because this part was not professional at all. They should of gave me an estimate of the costs, make me agree to pay, do the job and then charge me afterwards. This is why i am only giving me 3 starts.

Friendly staff and they were quick to sort out the paperwork with Nissan for warranty coverage. Valerie was really helpful and very professional.

Tried to con me $6,000 but the other store only ask for $1,000.-Here is the brief:1. Went for changing tire and inspection,2. After inspection a lady talked with me in a room, said my turning system got a lot parts need to be replaced, around $6,000.- total.3. Weeks later I called back to book a time to change those parts. When I asked the service for my inspection record, they said they don't have the record, and they need to call the lady to handle me.4. I realize there might be sth wrong.5. I did inspection on the other Nissan service store. They told me total is a bit more than $1000.-6. The whole thing handled in Nissan Chateauguay is the lady. Maybe my face is too stupid to not to con.Conclusion:1. Bye bye Nissan Chateauguay,2. When you feel sth wrong or the quotation is more than $500.-, do another inspection in another Nissan store, it costed me $70.- this time.

Great experience so far. Took care of my situation really well. Sold me a car and and some defects were there which were not identified at the time of sale. Later on they tried to fix the issue but unable to do that as they didn’t have expertise about that particular car. So they sent me to another dealer to fix and that dealer was asking me to pay out of my pocket of almost 500$. For so reason the issue was not covered under extended warranty surprisingly. However they took care of the matter and paid that off. I really appreciate all the help.

Excellent services from your lovely service agent. She offered coffee with was a very nice touch. Answered all my questions and offered advice. She seems very knowledgeable I'm happy with the work that was done and was a pleasure doing business with you.Richard

The service I received today was impeccable! From the minute I walked in the door. I was greeted with a smile and the worker greeted me by name, which made me feel very special. The service was on time and everything that was done was explained to me. They even washed my car for me without asking. The inside was cleaned as well. I have been very happy with the service I receive at Nissan and as a first time client, I am now a life long client!

Added review, Once again solution Nissan went out of their way to make everything right. I have never had as remarkable service as I did at solution Nissan( i have dealt with dozens of dealers in my life). They were 100% concerned about my issue and fixed it to my satisfaction . Yanick & Valarie are 6 star employees that the owner should be so proud of….. I could not be happier with the service and people at Solution Nissan. They all go out of their way to make you happy and ensure that you are satisfied with the service and the sales. This is my third purchase from this dealership and I highly recommend dealing with them.The service department is fantastic and devoted and they care. I have dealt with many dealerships and service department in the past .A special shout out has to go to Valarie David for making sure you are happy and caring about getting the job done right!

On time service, did an oil and filter change. Convenient arrival in. Waiting area was perfect. It was a Monday morning so staff was catching up on things.Only thing I would suggest, remember that customers are seated in the waiting room in front of your counter so maybe keep some conversations private and tone it down. Even with your TV on, some conversations over powered the TV soundOutside staff very courteous and invited me to serve myself a free coffee.

Terrific, knowledgeable customer service and CS team !! Very professional team ! Always courteous & true to their word. Their mechanics/technicians are A-1 !Would def recommend this dealership. Great staff !!
