These folks are great! Peggy, the manager, is friendly, caring, informative and skilled. She treats my 93-old-cousin like gold (whenever we visit for earwax clearing - a great additional service!), and helps him in every way she can. Her office manager + receptionist, Edemiria (Ede), is also very warm, kind and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I suffered loss of hearing in my left ear when I was 15, caused by a firecracker that was thrown and exploded next to my ear at a concert. A specialist recently confirmed that the explosion had dislodged a bone that obstructed my ear, that could be corrected with surgery or a hearing aid.In late January, I met with Peggy Hatzoulis, the registered audiologist at NexGen Kerrisdale. Astutely aware that I would be overly-sensitive to noise after 50 years, Peggy lent me a hearing aid and meticulously over 3 weeks to adjust the volume, frequency and even the impact of sudden noises so I could gradually become accustomed to hearing again. My hearing is now restored and balanced. Sound now comes from the center and not solely from my right ear, and I feel better equilibrated physically and mentally.I know that my transition to hearing would never have been this easy had I not dealt with Peggy. She was empathetic, patient and extremely thorough to ensure a smooth transition to normal hearing.
