I waited 30 mins in drive through for ice cream and milk shakes. The person didnt mention they didnt have any untill i was at the window. I would like to get compensated for wasting my time when it could have been avoided by simply telling me there was none at the beginning. I literally waited behind over 7 cars. All i got was a sorry"."

Girl at drive thru was rude. Jr chicken bun was old and hard. Fries were ok. But when throwing out my garbage, I realized my extra mayo packet was expired since Jan 2023.. once again . Unbelievable.

I honestly can’t think of any McDonald’s drive-thru worse than this one. Every single time I’ve been they’ve forgotten something from my order. Sometimes they’ve forgotten multiple items. Sadly, it’s the closest one to where I live, so because of convenience, I continue to go there. But I’ve learned my lesson, and check my order each time I go before I leave the parking lot. Tonight, I checked and was shocked to see everything was included. Then I got home, and had a bite of my cheeseburger… and it was missing the hamburger patty. Infuriating.

Typical MacDonald's with a drive through.Easy to get to, right off of the autoroute.Disappointed with my last visit, their hand sanitizers were all empty, so much for Covid precautions!Their electronic ordering board was out of printer paper, so no receipt and no order number!Both of the above do not just occur and shows a complete lack of checking their equipment.Lastly, my soft ice cream cone was completely hollow.Update:Order kiosk doesn't work for payments. So even after doing the order you have to go wait at the counter to pay before the order is prepared.Slow service tonight.Sundae without chocolate sauce, seriously, how hard is it to get a sundae right?!Parking is very tight.

Asked for the two can dine coupon at the drive through and got charged for two trios. The cashier was sincere and asked the manager what to do. He came back saying the manager told me we can't do anything

Doesn't even deserve a star...... order a nugget happy meal and a smoothie at drive-thru...... got home and only to find out ....inside the happy meal box..... was just a box of 4 nuggets and nothing else....and smoothie that isn't even filled to the rim...it's as if they ran out of the smoothie.Do better McDonald's on St. Charles.... horrible .....bad quality service and control.....For all customers...check your order before leaving the drive-thru window ...even if it causes a line up ...... check your order and make sure everything is there!!

The drive through is way too slow. I would like to say this was an exception but it has been the rule here lately. The window staff give you no indication the order is complete, leaving you to check yourself, slowing the queue even more. The food was well prepared. The burger buns weren't smashed and the condiments evenly spread out. Good job on the food, work on the drive through.
