WISH THERE WAS MORE THAN 5 STARS TO RATE RITCHIE JAMES AND THIS COMPANY AS THE WORST COMPANY.BIG FAT LIAR, CHEAT AND FRAUDOUR CONTRACT WAS SIGNEDJULY 12 201713 MONTHS LATER...WHAT DO WE HAVE?2 HALVES OF A HOME THAT HAS BEEN SITTING ON OUR PROPERTY SINCE DECEMBER 2017. A HALF FINISHED BASEMENT AND MOST OF OUR MONEY TAKENYOU ARE A DISGRACE AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF

We purchased from them last year , excellent trustable service, quality workmanship, very friendly. Needed warranty work done , arrived quickly and resolved the problem. Highly recommend.

I noticed a typo on your new website. It says you are a trusted Fairmont Homes dealer. But I spoke to Fairmont Homes today and you are no longer one of their retailers

Our lawyer has sent you three warnings to complete the work on our house or refund us. YOU HAVE DONE NEITHER. This is not going to go away. What galls us is how you have been able to publish a long open letter to us and yet can't return a direct phone call from us in over 2 months. So here we are publically demanding you refund what you owe us. You know we have kept any and all communications in writing from EVERYONE you have had involved in our project, so we would be more than happy to publish those in response to your letter, just to highlight the untruths you have posted and show in more detail why we are demanding our money back. Or we can keep posting pictures of the site of our home.
