I contacted McCrea's to install a gas BBQ line to my home. Every time I contacted them, be it by telephone or email, they responded in a timely manner the same day. When they said they were coming, they were there and on time. The technicians were very polite and professional. I will be calling them again in the future.

had a heat pump installed to replace the oil furnace we had. The techs jessey and dustin knew there stuff and there work was impeccable they were a pleasure for sure Will was very through with the purchase info and a super good guy. Office staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly a super experience for sure

As we've all experienced in the past few years, it's difficult to find professional services that are trustworthy and reliable. We had a new Central AC installed and the guys from McCrea's were diligent and did a great job with the installation. Bonus, they left our basement as clean as it was before they started the job.

My boiler failed on a Monday during the heating season. They assessed it and kept it running until a new boiler was installed two days later on Wednesday. Everyone involved was pleasant, understanding, and professional towards a fast solution. They do what they say and say what they do, so I understood the problem, the options, and the solution. I have no hesitation in recommending McCrea’s Climate Care. There are no problems, only solutions!

I would recommend McCrea’s to anyone lucky enough to live in their service area!!They are professional, honest and extremely responsive.I must also mention, I have had a number of phone calls with Carly (who is simply lovely), she has gone out of her way help us resolve a multi-visit furnace issue and to coordinate service calls that accommodate our schedule. We had water damage and it left our furnace under water and with no heat (in January). McCrea's was very quick to send someone to check the furnace which unfortunately wasn't fixable. Once approved to install a new one someone was here right away for installation so we could have heat back. While here they were very professional and respectful. Appreciate the services during this emergency situation.

I have used McCrea's for a number of years now for my fireplace, furnace and A/C. I just recently purchased a hot water tank as well. I was very impressed with the amount of time Will spent going over both my furnace and hot water tank estimate and never felt pressured into buying anything. The staff at McCrea's truly have their customers best interest at heart and are always professional and on time. I would highly recommend them!!!

Trevor Mcloughlin was our service person. He is very thorough and does a great job. He recommended a new Napoleon furnace last fall and it has been running great. Love the service plan that includes a tune up of all included equipment. May 29th: After Justin checked our AC, Mike English came out and found a problem with fan speed too high. AC working better now, humidity more comfortable. Thanks guys!!

My AC unit started leaking and so I called McCrea's and they had someone come out the same day to assess the issue. Long story short, the unit was old and wasn't working properly. They were super quick, helpful, and very responsive. They even got someone in the next day to do an install!! I was super impressed with the service and the tech team was super nice and helpful. I highly recommend going with McCrea's for your furnace or AC needs. I will definitely be going with them for anything in the future!
