We had Jimmy Clemente, as our realtor of choice. We contacted him about 5 months before we made our move from the south.Within a day we had an app with listings in our price range, and started searching right away.Jimmy was helpful, informative , knowledgeable, amd in our opinion, went far and above the call, as he did extras for us, including, but not limited to finding us storage, as well as discount on motel for a.month as we arrived and were still searching for a house.All in all, Jimmy Clemente of Remax in Sault ste.marie Ontario made our purchase pretty.much hassle free.Call him... he's worth it.CheersKeith Hill

Unfortunately I have had two unpleasant experiences with Remax SSM. Trying to purchase a house in the area, I made two 7 hour (each way) trips, only to not be able to view the houses I had made appts for.First time the realtor didnt have the keys for the house, and second time the realtor went MIA and then tried to cancel my showing about 30 mins before I arrived. Sorry bud Ive been driving for 7 hrs, no I didnt get the message......

The sault massage clinic downstairs is hands down the best in town. If you're looking to remove some knots and destress, take my word for it, so relaxing and satisfying. I will return month after month to make an appointment with sara. She definitely knows her stuff. Very kind staff and easy to find!
