I've only been here a couple of times, once in the summer and once in the winter.During the summer there is outside seating, and it is a popular place to hang out.Going there in the winter it isn't as busy and you are able to grab a seat inside.In addition to their drink menu they carry local goods. Check out the candles with cool names, my favorite is the bonfire.I recommend you try the latte with milkadamia milk and 1/2 sweet cinnamon.

Not a bad little spot. It’s a little tucked into a larger building and parking isn’t ideal or overly accessible. However, the customer service was really good and the quality was great too. It seemed a bit steep for a cafe mocha at $6.30 but that seems to be the inflation trend these days.

Love stopping in a this local coffee shop after dropping my kids off at school. Great location. Free parking. Wonderful ambience. And can you say Confetti Squares!!! My absolute favorite. The salted caramel latte is also to die for. …and the Chai Latte …and the London Fog …and the Cappuccino… Can’t say enough great things about this place. So fortunate to have it right in my back yard.

cute place! big windows, comfy, clean, reasonable price for a nice area to work/socialize w a drinki like that they sell art inside, tooyummy drinks! i love the persimmon peach tea.

Square 1 makes the best mocha I’ve had in Edmonton - easily. I don’t know what chocolate they’re using but it is so rich and the perfect balance of sweetness (not too much, not too little). The interior of this cafe is also really nice, the space feels grand with the big windows and high ceilings while managing to still feel cozy enough to catch up with friends for hours. I could easily imagine coming back here over and over again!

I love this coffee place. Their whole environment and seating arrangement gives a very rustic look. I usually go there with a friend or my sister to just hang out, catch up, write journals, read our books. They can add more veg options to their menu though.

I won’t lie the coffee (as a black coffee drinker) isn’t my favourite, BUT the date squares alone are worth the trip. They’re gluten free and vegan, but trust me you can’t tell at all. They’re a great size for $5 and are truly addictive.
