So relieved when I came across MNP. I was a few years due to file taxes, and in a significant amount of debt and I didn’t know what to do. Filled an online inquiry and someone called me the next day. Dean and Emma have been absolutely amazing. It’s a time in life that is very challenging and they have the patience to help. Today just happens to be the last day of my payments, four years ago I was stressed, broken and lost, it was then I found myself at the MNP office here in Fort St. John, BC. They were so kind, didn't make me feel bad about my situation and explained everything to me in words I could understand. They worked with me to find an amount that I could afford to pay, being a single mother with one income and borderline poverty I never thought getting out of debt would happen. Today marks the end of my payments, but also I have learned how to be smarter with my money and can envision a better future for my daughter and I. I would like to personally thank Emma, out of the Kamloops or Kelowna office, she always answered my emails right away and worked with me if I couldn't make a payment, she found another date for me to pay so that my loan wouldn't default. I am so grateful for her and this company and I would highly recommend them to everyone, especially those struggling!

Just make the call! After years of just paying minimum payments and never getting ahead which felt like drowning but just being able to grab enough air to survive and endure the agony. I reached out to MNP and from my first call with Debi a huge weight was lifted Day 1 after hearing there was a way out without losing everything, my consultation with Dean thru to my counselling sessions with Emma went just as well. They were very helpful and assuring, making the process virtually painless. My only regret is not calling sooner. Thank you MNP for putting me back on the right track!
