There is a gentleman at Highway Motors named Randy, who has to be the most dedicated individual trying to get you that loan even if your credit is so bad, everyone turns the other way. This man took me on with nightmarish credit trying to get me in one of his automobiles. Well he succeeded twice but I did not car for the vehicle. Do you know he was the only person in Ontario that could get me a loan with his dealership and this is no joke! His complete dedication to get you driving is second to none. Good credit, bad credit and nightmarish credit go talk to Randy, I guarentee you won't be disappointed. Thanks Randy!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I found Randy to be very rude and not helpful at all. I would not recommend Highway Motors to anyone.

I recently bought a 2004 Ford Taurus and everything was fairly straightforward. Price was good too. Randy had everything done like he said it would. He even discouraged me from buying any extended warranty due to the age of the vehicle (common sense but some dealers would've pushed for me to purchase it just to make some extra money). No major issues with the car itself so far!

Highway Motors team members are all very helpful and friendly first of all. The process of purchasing our car went super smooth, convenient and they assisted us throughout. Furthermore, they handed over the car to us impeccably and no issues at all.

Randy made the sale of our used car an easy experience! Offered a fair price, and even picked up the vehicle as it wasn't drivable any longer. Highway Motors is a fair and honest company to deal with! Will definitely go to them with my next vehicle purchase!

I bought my first car at Highway Motors and am super satisfied with everything.I came here without any knowledge about cars and needed financing. Soon my worries went away since Randy went through the procedure fast and clear. He explained every single clause in the contract and it took literally 2 days to license the car, safety check it and pick it up for a super price. After a week of my purchase, Randy contacted me to see if everything met my expectations, just that it exceeded them by far.So, to make things short. If you're looking for a used car in excellent condition for a good price and awesome service, you can't go wrong with Highway Motors!

Purchased a truck here about a month ago and was very happy with their service. I had one small unforeseen issue which they resolved the same day i told them about it. I would not hesitate going back there to purchase a vehicle.

Really appreciated the service at highway motors. They were very upfront and clear about the vehicle I was buying, and they were really great at communicating. They even prepared a set of winter tires for me and had them delivered to me which was great.

My partner and I bought a 2014 Chevy Sonic from Highway Motors and walked out feeling like we had made the right decision from who to purchase from. Highway Motors made the car buying process easy for us by having a vehicle that fit our needs at a great price compared to market. Randy made the car buying process very straightforward and understandable, and explained the warranty available in great explanation. Ultimately, we didn't go with a warranty but that was our own choosing as it was coming certified. I think if you go into Highway Motors clearly knowing what you are looking for and knowing how much you are able to spend (and as a result, potential hindrances - EX. unforeseen repairs to an inexpensive older vehicle), you can't really go wrong at least taking a look at what they offer on the lot. Our sonic was in great condition when we looked at it inside and out when we took it for a test drive and home. The ladies were very kind as well in the office and of course, Cash the dog was always a bonus. Only slight hiccups would be the nearly-empty gas tank as we were initially test driving (so we just kept it short - no big deal) and the slight smoke smell in the office. Thanks Randy and Team!.

Honestly TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE YOUR BETTER OFF... THEY MAKE IT SEEM THEIR DOING YOU A FAVOUR SELLING YOU A CAR especially the person I dealt with Randy. I went there talked to Randy last week about a car i was intersted in they had listed for sale when I got there I got treated so bad with the biggest attitude and rudness from randy I have no idea why to be honest but from the comments I read about this dealership it's something common they treat customers bad and with no respect. Anyhow I was asking about the car specs and when I asked randy about the carfax he got so mad claiming he priced the car a little lower than the market so why do I need to see the carfax and when I insisted he started claiming how the car is already sold and they had no car for sale and told me to take my business somewhere else. Honestly if the dealership isn't going to make you feel comfy and to think twice about the car than don't bother. If they already treat customer bad before buying a car imagine after buying if the car needed something.Very shocked their in business
