Desjardins Heating and Cooling provided quick and courteous service. Mathieu talked us through which heat pump would be best for our needs and answered any questions we had. He even made sure we understood our new thermostat after the installation. We are very satisfied with Desjardins Heating and Cooling and recommend them to everyone.

Desjardin Heating and Cooling is the best! Matt is very hardworking! the only HVAC guy I would like to work with again. He pays attention to details, good communication and recommendations, very clean work, professional and very polite and answers to questions and treats you like family. We passed inspection because he did the right things from the get go! We only needed a bathroom vent but he saw things that we needed, went out of his way to make it right for us. Highly recommended! 5stars all the way! Thanks Matt!

Mathieu was recommended by friends and I contacted him to resolve a problem I have had for over two years with the dryer. He is very professional and tackled the problem with great attention to details. He went beyond what one could expect and repaired the dryer duct all the way to the roof which no-one else we contacted in the past was able to fix. I would highly recommend Mathieu for any work and will intend to use his services in the future.

I have a great experience to share to others. All of a sudden at cold night, my furnace was out of order and fire place too. I tried to contact several heating system dealers, but made me to frustrate. My plumber recommended DESJARDINS Heating & Cooling Inc. I directly contact Mathieu Desjardins, and he sent a technician to estimate in the evening and replaced furnace in next morning. Mathieu and staffs are great people, very kind, skillful, cooperative to customers. I am completely satisfied and appreciate their wonderful service !

My husband and I just moved into a new house with old gas fittings and we just purchased new appliances that would not fit. Mathieu came to our aid within a few hours and fixed everything up in time for us to make dinner! He was thorough in communicating with us by asking for pictures to see if he had all equipment on hand and when he would arrive. He answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful! We didn’t think that we would be able to find someone as kind, personable and as professional as Mathieu! Please use his services! You will not regret it! Thank you for everything!

Matt converted our new natural gas stove to propane. Not only is his work was impeccable, he is a genuinely good human! We we're 100% comfortable having him in our home. Matt went above and beyond for us which was so appreciated as my husband has cancer and this would have been a challenging task.We wholeheartedly recommend Desjardins Heating and cooling as they offer professional service. Mathew and his team did an amazing work for our rental property AC installation. There was a faulty electrical work that builder has messed up, they spent 4 hours diagnosing it and fixing it so we don't have to call the builder. Could not ask for a better team. Thanks Mathew.
