Worst experience! They took our order in June and said it would be about a 3 week wait to get our new office chair. It’s now the third week of August and nothing.Also it is practically impossible to get an answer from anyone here. We’ve made multiple follow-ups by phone and email. Most have been ignored. The customer service is abysmal.
