I've been purchasing and doing customer pickup with Cleartech for must be 15-20 yrs now, always professional, helpful, efficient and courteous and it has never deviated from this whether at the old, crowded location or this new spacious warehouse. It also applies whether dealing with head office staff in SK or warehouse staff here in AB. This Co. is consistently professional. I suspect they treat employees fairly too as many have been there for years.So easy to order the products purchased regularly as they set up your account and order form for repeat orders online. Incredibly simple, easy to navigate and secure because they don't accept pmt info online they call you for it, I greatly appreciate that.Pickup is typically smooth - you go inside and wait your turn for an employee to come take your order confirmation and get the products together. They'll tell you where to park or wait outside and then they'll bring it out. Sometimes you have to wait your turn before products are brought to your vehicle or trailer too, that's a given and sitting 'out back' is too when you are doing customer pickup at a warehouse, LOL.I have always been helped by staff to secure my load if required and I greatly appreciate that too being a woman with minimal strength, but I have never demanded it nor expected it and I am capable of doing it myself or I wouldn't be going in the first place. Not their job to secure your load or do anything other than put the goods on your truck or trailer. I'm just grateful the Co. offers customer pickup and I don't have to pay through the nose for someone else to pick up or deliver it to me!
