Amazing store, but also incredible customer service. I brought a handset back that we had purchased 10 years ago that had some broken interior parts. They repaired and replaced the parts on the spot free of charge. They stand by their well crafted products. Old School" quality and service !"

I felt so incredibly overwhelmed at the choices for cabinet hardware but as soon as I set foot into Banbury, I was greeted by Sam and she was able to help me narrow my search to find the perfect hardware for my new kitchen. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to update their home with new cabinet pulls. They have an amazing selection for every budget! Thanks again!

Great companies are hard to find and this one stands out. Banbury lane was recommended to me by a locksmith and Lux when dealing with a thick door lock issue. They found a way to make an in stock part work and changed the lock part for me. I was otherwise stuck without a lock and a 3-4 week order time. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They even had loaner locks if needed. Truly outstanding service. I had the pleasure of seeing their beautiful showroom and huge collection of hardware. I’ll surely be back!

They have an incredible selection OF door hardware. The sales person attended to me immediately and made an extra effort to show me every example (in stock) of the hard to find pocket door handles I was looking for. One caveat is the the prices are quite high but one should expect that. Its no box store.

Waste of time!!! Go elsewhere for better and cheaper selection. And best of all, a staff that wants to help!!!Less than impressed with this place. Came in to make a selection for our handles and pulls for our newly renovated kitchen. Upon arrival wasn’t greeted with a hello, or even a grunt of acknowledgment. Walked the store looking at the selection for another 15 minutes and not a single person made their way over to offer assistance or a hello.
